Acupuncture Combined With Shoulder Control Training On Shoulder Pian After Stroke Rehabilitation Clinical Efficacy

Objective:This topic aims to based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, combines the modern western medicine rehabilitation concept, will the traditional acupuncture therapy combined with shoulder control training clinical applications, with statistical data conclusion to prove its healing for stroke, the comprehensive recovery after shoulder pain treatment to provide the reference.Methods:Will meet criteria for 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups, A and B every 20 cases in each group. A group of acupuncture combined treatment group shoulder control group, and group B is for simple acupuncture group that controls. All patients were selected in accordance with acupuncture rehabilitation branch, neural physicians, and conventional treatment to acupuncture, six times a week, each time 30 minutes. Group A general processing while rehabilitation, specific rehabilitation therapy ranging from the side shoulder, active and passive resistance to resistance movement. Two groups of patients treatment are for 1 month. before treatment, in a month after treatment, each case rehabilitation of evaluation. Use statistical methods to analysis evaluation result, compared with two groups before and after treatment curative effect and treatment in the group after the curative effect of between the two groups. Evaluation content:(1) using VAS visual grading method to assess shoulder pain improvement. (2) using Angle scale measuring method of evaluation shoulder mobility. (3) use upper Fugl-meyer movement function pointrating method to assess functional improvement situation upper movement. (4) Barthel index rating scale with improved actiities of daily liing patient evaluation to improve the ability.Results:This clinical study observed:(1) the two groups of patients after treatment in shoulder pain intensity, shoulders, mobility, upper limbs movement function, daily life activities ability will be improved obviously, compared with before treatment, significant statistically significant difference (P<0.01). (2) in the treatment group the shoulder pain degree, patients with upper shoulder joint mobility, movement function and daily life activities ability, as compared with control was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with pure shoulder control training acupuncture treatment of all can reduce stroke hemiplegia patients shoulder pain degree, expanding activity, improve the shoulder with side upper limbs motion function, improve the patient daily life activities ability, explain both treatment stroke hemiplegia shoulder pain are meaningful, But acupuncture combined with shoulder control group is better than pure acupuncture group effect that acupuncture combined with better shoulder control training, improve relief hemiplegia shoulder pain patients with hemiplegia functions, improve its upper limb movement, and to help them self-care skill quick return to family, to return the society.
