Clinical Research Of Mogolian Medicine Qiwei Putaosan To Treat Children Badagan Heyi Exuberant Cough

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian Medicine Qiwei Putao powder in treating cough of Badagan heyi type in children.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The Treatment Group was treated with Mongolian Medicine Qiwei Putao powder and the control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine Sanao tablet.The symptoms and signs were observed and recorded before and after treatment,and the scores were compared.Then,SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in age distribution,sex,course of disease and condition before Treatment(P>0.05).(2)In the treatment group,5 cases were cured,32 cases were improved,3 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 92.5%.Control Group:7 cases were cured,24 cases were improved,9 cases were not cured,the total effective rate was 77.5%.(3)After treatment,the treatment group in the main symptoms and symptoms,such as cough,sputum,lung auscultation,the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group,and there was no significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mongolian Medicine Qiwei Putao powder is better than Chinese patent medicine Sanao tablet in treating children badagan heyi partial exuberant cough.
