Lirerature Study On The Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Heyi,Xila And Badagan In?MiJueFangHai?

Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai is an ancient Mongolian medical literature written in Tibetan in 1829 by the Mongolian medicine expert Zhan Ba La Que Ji Dan Sen Fo Ren Lai,and it is aso one of the three classic works of Mongolian medicine.It contains 2528 prescriptions for the treatment of internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,childlren,facial features,myxosis,fever and other diseases.The book not only records the ingredients,compatibility,main diseases,etc.of each prescription in detail,but also systematically records the classification,symptoms,treatment and other contents of the disease.In this paper,150 prescriptions in heyi,xila and badagan's disease three chapters of Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai were studied.Objective: 1.By comparing the prescriptions in three chapters of Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease with those in Si Bu Yi Dian,Gan Lu Si Bu and other ancient literatures,the source of 150 prescriptions for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease in Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai is verified,which provides Mongolian medicine teaching,clinical application and scientific research reference material.2.Carry out digital research on the three chapters of the treatment of hay,Sheila and badakan's disease in the secret sea,establish the related database of the three chapters of the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease in the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai,so that the Mongolian ancient books can be intelligently searched on the network.Methods :1.Comparison: the contents of the three chapters of Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai in the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease were compared with the contents of the prescriptions recorded in the Si Bu Yi Dian,Gan Lu Si Bu and other ancient books from the aspects of the names,ingredients,compatibility,functions and main diseases of the prescriptions.2.Summary and induction: the contents of prescriptions recorded in the three chapters of Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease were studied and analyzed in depth,and the sources of each prescription were summarized.3.Digital search :(1)enter the "Mongolian Medical Ancient Books Database" of Mongolian Medical Museum of Inner Mongolia Medical University and select the original of Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai.(2)The selected copy is converted into WPS editable data by OCR Mongolian recognition software.(3)Using the "original data" theory of "Mongolian medical literature digital processing platform" in the "Mongolian medical ancient literature knowledge base management system" software developed by Mongolian Medical Museum of Inner Mongolia Medical University to "analyze and index" the relevant content.(4)The relevant contents of the indexing are saved in the database,and the database for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease is established in the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai to provide the network intelligent retrieval.Results: In this paper,the source of Chinese medicine in Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai is divided into three categories.That is to say,the traditional recipe is collected from the ancient books and documents,the empirical recipe is created by Zhan Ba La Que Ji Dan Sen Fo Ren Lai,who summarizes his rich clinical experience,and the recipe described by the ancient scholars and experts is the sage's recipe.1.52 traditional prescriptions of 150 prescriptions in the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease were studied.Among them,1 prescription is from Qian Wan She Li Zi,5 prescriptions are from the Bai Yan Bao Zhu,4 prescriptions are from the Zhen Yao Er Yuan Yao Jue,6 prescriptions are from the Zhe Dui recorded in the Zhen Yao Er Yuan Yao Ju,3prescriptions are from the Wulan Hu Tu Le Bu Li recorded in the Zhen Yao Er Yuan Yao Jue,1 prescriptions are from the Ni Ya Mu Yi Ge recorded in the Zhen Yao Er Yuan Ya o Jue,2 prescriptions originated from Ji Lin recorded in the Zhen Yao Er Yuan Yao Jue,11 prescriptions from Lan Tabu,1 prescription from Jin Guang Zhu Shi Ji,3 prescriptions from Si Bu Yi Dian,3 prescriptions from Gan Lu Si Bu,7 prescriptions from Yi Xue Jue Qiao Mi Ji,1 prescription is from the Qin Que Ji La Shen San Zhu,3 prescriptions are from the Zang Yi Lin Chuang Zha Ji,and 1 prescription is from the Pu Ji Fang Ji.Among the 52 traditional prescriptions,there are 21 kinds to treat heyi's disease,16 kinds to treat xila's disease and 15 kinds to treat badagan's disease.2.Through research and verification,there are 79 kinds of experience prescriptions among 150 prescriptions for treating heyi,xila and badagan's disease in the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai.All of these are created by the author's rich clinical experience.Among them,there are 39 kinds of heyi,17 kinds of xila and 23 kinds of badagan.3.Through research and verification,there are 19 prescriptions of the sage among the 150 prescriptions for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease.Among them,there are 11 kinds of chapters for the treatment of hayi's disease,5 kinds for the treatment of xila's disease and 3 kind for the treatment of ?badagan's disease.In the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai,the types of prescriptions recorded in 150 prescriptions for the treatment of heyi,xila and badagan's disease are flexible and varied,including decoction,powder,pill,oil and other types.? In the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai,there are 78 prescriptions with detailed names in 150 prescriptions for treating heyi,xila and badagan's disease,and some of them have aliases,including 32 chapters for treating heyi disease,23 chapters for treating xila disease and 23 chapters for treating badagan disease.In addition,there are 72 unnamed prescriptions in total,including 39 chapters for the treatment of heyi's disease,15 chapters for the treatment of xila's disease and 18 ? chapters for the treatment of badagan's disease.Using the theory of ?meta data?related to Mongolian medicine,this paper has established the data for the digital research of index and Analysis on the treatment of heyi disease,xila disease and badagan disease in the Meng Yi Mi Jue Fang Hai.Zhan Ba La Que Ji Dan Sen Fo Ren Lai not only inherit and absorb the wisdom of ancient books and ancestors,but also summed up his rich clinical experience and developed various formulae.When he created the empirical formula,he flexibly adjusted the formula according toConclusion:?
