Effect Of Mongolian Medicine AGaRu-15 Powder On Mice Model Of Heyi Fever Syndrome

Objective:1.This study established the KM mouse model of heyi fever and its diagnostic criteria.2.The therapeutic effect of agaru-15 powder on heyi fever was analyzed.Methods:through the abdominal injection of 0.05 mL1%chloral hydrate concentration in shallow hemp after nasal drip pneumococcal(3*10 ^ 7 cfu/mL)0.05 mL,treated mice fever consistently give Hector in accordance with the increase of on the basis of"four intervention"(food,behavior,catch cold catch cold,bleeding),7 days after the success of the Hector in accordance with the fever of KM mice model,32 mice were randomly divided into model group,low dose group of ga such as 15 o,o ga such as dose group,ga in 15 powder as the 15 high dose group,8 in each group.No special intervention was given to the blank group.The model group stopped all intervention and resumed normal feeding without treatment.The treatment group stopped all interventions in the model group,resumed normal feeding,and was given different concentrations of drug suspension once a day for 7 days by gavage in the three groups:agaru-15 powder,agaru-15 powder,low-dose group(0.61g/Kg),medium-dose group(1.22g/Kg),and high-dose group(1.83g/Kg).By observing the signs and symptoms of the mice,the contents of IL-1,ILI-6,TNF-?,CRP,cTnT and other tissues in the serum of each group were detected by ELISA method,so as to analyze the therapeutic effect of agaru-15 powder on heyi fever syndromeResults:1.After the establishment of the heyi fever syndrome mouse model,the coat appeared to be straight and dull and dull after the "sticky disease" infection and the "four application intervention" method under the guidance of Mongolian medicine theory;2.The general state is sensitive,easy to be frightened,the amount of activity increases,the amplitude increases;Insomnia;Eating and drinking less water;Urine color is clear,tasteless;The results of reduced fecal volume,firmer texture and smaller shape showed that the mouse model was successfully established.2.Experimental results:(1)Observation on the appearance and behavior of mice in each group:the blank group showed good spirit,action and reaction,shiny fur and normal diet;The general conditions of the model group were sensitive,easily frightened,increased activity,straightened coat,dull and lackluster,and reduced dietary water content.The treatment group was in a good state of mind,eating normally,with shiny fur and normal activities.(2)body weight of the mice in each group:there was a significant difference in body weight between the blank group and the model group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in body weight between the model group and the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)Observation on the urine and feces of the mice in each group:the urine of the blank group and the treatment group was yellow in color,smelly,normal in fecal volume,normal in shape and soft in texture;In the model group,the urine color was clear,odorless,feces volume was reduced,the texture was harder,and the shape was smaller.(4)Serum levels of 1L1-1,IL-6,TNF-?,CRP and cTnT were detected:there was no significant difference in IL-1 levels in the blank group compared with the model group(P>0.05),and no significant difference in IL-1 levels in the model group compared with the treatment group(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in IL-6,CRP,tnf-a and cTnT contents between the blank group and the model group(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference in IL-6,CRP,tnf-a and cTnT contents between the model group and the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,streptococcus pneumoniae was injected into the nasal cavity to produce a mouse fever model,and then the animal model of heyi fever was prepared by "four-application intervention".2.Mongolian medicine agaru-15 powder can effectively improve the symptoms of heyi fever,and can effectively treat the symptoms of heyi fever.
