Metabonomics Study On Three Physical Types Of Heyi,Xila And Badagan In Urine

Objective: To study metabonomics of urine in three physical types of Heyi,Xila and Badagan in Mongolian medicine by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry.A foundation for studying urine markers of different physical types was provided by testing urine metabolites and analyzing differential metabolites.Methods: 1,The methods of screening by “the Mongolian medicine physique decision table "and judging experts' face diagnosis were used to judge the physical types of 709 18-23 year old young people in the College of Mongolian Medicine of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities.25 samples of Heyi,Xila and Badagan physical types were screened out and aggregated respectively.2,The urine was collected and processed.The urine metabolites were tested by the liquid chromatograph,and the data were processed by PCA and OPLS-DA.The urine metabolites of the people of Heyi,Xila and Badagan physical types were analyzed.Result: There were significant differences in urine metabolites between the three physical types.There were significant differences in the content of Alpha-ketoisovaleric acid,p-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid,Oxoadipic acid,Homogentisic acid,cis-Aconitic acid,Azelaic acid,3-Hydroxysuberic acid,D-Glucuronic acid ?Salicyluric acid ?L-Tryptophan ?2-Methylcitric acid Benzyladenine?,Dihydrobiopterin,Estrone,1-Methylinosine,Orotidine,Lactic acid,Deoxycorticosterone,Melibiose,Clotrimazole,Estrone sulfate,Cotinineglucuronide,CDP-Ethanolamine,3,17-Androstanediol glucuronide,Leukotriene D4,Tetrahydroaldosterone-3-glucuronide,2-Hydroxyisobutyric acid in the urine metabolites of Heyi,3-Oxo-4,6-choladienoic acid,Bisnorcholic acid,12a-Hydroxy-3-oxocholadienic acid,3a,7a,12b-Trihydroxy-5b-cholanoic acid,Aminopterin,Cholesterol sulfate,11-Oxo-androsterone glucuronide,11-Hydroxyprogesterone 11-glucuronide,Cortolone-3-glucuronide,Tetrahydroaldosterone-3-glucuronide,7-sulfocholic acid,1-Aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid ?Dihydrouracil ?Thymine ?Guanine Orotic acid?,3-(3-Hydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid,Isoxanthopterin,Phosphoserine,Vanylglycol,3-Hydroxysuberic acid in the urine metabolites of Xila,and Pantothenic acid,?Stearamide,5-Hydroxy-L-tryptophan,Orotidine,Uridine 5'-diphosphate,Isovalerylglutamic acid,Cotinineglucuronide,2-Methoxyestrone,L-Fucose,3-Hydroxydodecanedioic acid,Deoxyinosine,1,7-Dimethylguanosine,Cysteineglutathione ?disulfide,L-Tyrosine,4-Pyridoxic acid,Phosphoserine,Glutarylglycine,Valproic acid glucuronide,D-Glucuronic acid,Salicyluric acid,18-Hydroxycortisol,Estrone,Aminopterin,Farnesyl pyrophosphate,Folic acid,L-Thyronine,Indolelactic acid,2-Methylcitric acid,Phytosphingosine,25-Azacholesterol in the urine metabolites of Badagan.Lactic acid,a differential substance in the urine of HEYI people,is a substance produced by the non-oxidative decomposition of glucose.Citric acid is an important substance in the process of tricarboxylic acid cycle.The cycle of tricarboxylic acid is an important way for individuals to obtain energy.7-sulfocholic acid,a differential substance in the urine of XIRA people,is the widespread presence of choleate in people's gallbladder and urine.3-oxo-4,6-choladienoic acid is a choleic acid found mainly in mammals.These cholic acids are natural steroid compounds that are converted from cholesterol in liver cells.They are found in the liver and intestinal circulation,helping to absorb lipids in the diet and regulating the balance of the body that controls cholesterol.Phytosphingosine and 25-A2 acholesterol,a differential substance in the urine of BADAGAN people,is widely exists in animals and plants important animal sterol,concentration exists in the brain and spinal cord,with very important physiological functions.Conclusion: 1,The method of metabolomics used in this study,it provides an effective method for the screening of Mongolian medicine constitution,which is simple,accurate and reproducible.2,The study showed that there were significant differences in the metabolites of urine in the physical types of Heyi,Xila and Badagan.3,The discrepancies found in this study were basically consistent with those of the physique of the physical types of Heyi,Xila and Badagan.4,The discovery of these discrepancies had laid the foundation for the study of urine markers in different physical types of Mongolian medicine from the perspective of metabonomics,and provides a scientific basis for the study of the material basis of the “three roots " theory of Mongolian medicine.
