Literature Research On The Influence Of Traditional Bloodletting Therapy Of Mongolian Medicine In "Sibu Medical Classics"

Objective:Through the sorting,analysis,induction and further systematic study of the contents related to traditional bloodletting therapy in Mongolian medicine in the "Four Medical Tantras",the bloodletting therapy in traditional Mongolian medicine can be better passed down and carried forward,so as to provide reference for clinical application.Methods:In this paper mainly uses the literature analysis method and the induction summary method.The Ancient Mongolian literature mainly involving the "Four Medical Tantras" and the annotated copies "Lan Bo Li","Zhu Shi Chu Hei Ming Deng","The Four Tantras of Nectar".Modern literature refers to the retrieval of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Academic Journals Full-text Database(CJFD),WANFANG DATA through Chinese literature,China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database(CDFD);mongolmed.mn,EMSHIUS,UB health.Key words of Mongolian medicine,Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy,"Four Medical TantrasConclusion:1.Mongolian people are the largest nomadic people in the world.They have mastered this kind of bloodletting therapy with ethnic medical characteristics through the practice of constantly moving with the change of climate and fighting against nature and diseases.After the introduction of the "Four Medical Tantras" into Mongolia,the theoretical system of traditional bloodletting therapy in Mongolian medicine was improved and developed.At the same time,on the basis of studying and studying the "Four Medical Tantras" and combining their own clinical practice,Mongolian medicine has developed to the present day through the medical writings written by scholars of Mongolian medicine.The"Four Medical Tantras" has long been a necessary reference book for the teaching,clinical and scientific research of Mongolian medicine.2.The "Four Medical Tantras" promotes the perfection and development of the traditional bloodletting therapy theory system in Mongolian medicine,and discusses in detail the mechanism,treatment principles,main treatment syndromes,operation methods,bloodletting tools,precautions and curative effects.Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy puts forward the idea of separating healthy blood from diseased blood and attaches great importance to the choice of bloodletting time.This is the biggest difference between Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy and other ethnic bloodletting therapy and the most characteristic content of Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy.3.The indications of bloodletting therapy in Mongolian medicine have been gradually expanded and popularized in clinical application.Especially,it has a more significant curative effect on common and frequently occuring diseases in Mongolia,which has been an important means of internal and external treatment in Mongolian medicine.In modern clinical research of Mongolian medicine,bloodletting therapy is widely used in internal medicine and bone injury,department of Gynaecology,pediatrics,andrology,dermatology,ENT and other diseases.4.The bloodletting therapy of Mongolian medicine has the function of clearing away heat and relieving poison,whether it is exogenous heat and poison,blockage of blood stasis,or heat into the blood,reduce blood heat,blood circulation,blood stasis,swelling analgesic effect.Clinical studies have shown that bloodletting therapy in Mongolian medicine can improve the blood circulation disorder,has a good analgesic effect,can improve the immune function of the body.
