Objective:By observing the clinical effect of blade needle Jingjin node loosening technology combined with rehabilitation therapy on upper limb spasm after stroke, and compared with acupuncture Jingjin node combined with rehabilitation therapy,to explore the therapeutic effect of this comprehensive therapy, and for the treatment of the upper limb spasm after stroke explore better treatment options. Methods:All cases came from the Bayi Rehabilitation Center in Chengdu, the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan Province, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Sichuan Province.Patients with upper limb spasm after stroke were randomly divided into control group A and treatment group B,72 cases in each group. The control group A was treated with acupuncture Jingjin nodes combined with conventional rehabilitation training, and the treatment group B was treated with blade needle loosening meridian nodes combined with conventional rehabilitation training. Both groups were treated once every other day,3 times a week for 4 weeks.Follow up 4 weeks after the end of treatment. The MAS score,FMA score,BI score,CSS score were used for evaluation before and after treatment and after follow-up.Finally,statistical analysis was performed to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two therapies for upper limb spasm after stroke.Results:1.Baseline situation:Before treatment, the two groups of subjects were consistent in terms of gender, age, disease course, disease type,MAS score,FMA score,BI score,CSS score, etc. The two groups were comparable.2.Efficacy score:(1)The MAS score of the two groups decreased after treatment, and increased slightly after follow-up.After repeated measurement data analysis of variance,p<0.05,the difference in MAS scores of different groups was statistically significant.(2)The FMA score of group A increased after treatment and decreased slightly during the follow-up period. The FMA score of group B continued to rise. After repeated measurement data analysis of variance,p<0.05,the difference in MAS scores of different groups was statistically significant.(3)The BI score of group A increased after treatment, and decreased slightly after follow-up,and the BI score of group B continued to rise. After repeated measurement data analysis of variance,p<0.05,the difference in MAS scores of different groups was statistically significant.(4)CSS score decreased after treatment, and increased slightly after follow-up,CSS score in group B continued to decline. After repeated measurement data analysis of variance,p<0.05,the difference in MAS scores of different groups was statistically significant.3.Effective:After treatment and before treatment, the effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate in group A was 70.8%,and the total effective rate in group B was 88.4%.After follow-up compared with before treatment, the effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group A was 70.1%,and the total effective rate of group B was 85.2%.Conclusion:1.Blade needle Jingjin node loosening combined with conventional rehabilitation training, acupuncture Jingjin node combined with conventional rehabilitation training can improve the degree of spasm of patients with upper limb spasm after stroke, improve upper limb motor function, enhance daily life ability, restore nerve function Defects, but the edge needle acupuncture Jingjin node loosening combined with conventional rehabilitation training group is superior to the acupuncture Jingjin node combined with conventional rehabilitation training group.2.For post-stroke upper limb spasm disease, the effective rate of blade needle Jingjin node loosening combined with conventional rehabilitation training is higher than that of needle acupuncture Jingjin node combined with conventional rehabilitation training, and its curative effect may be better.
