?Objective? This study was to follow-up the multi-center multi-channel intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for IVF-ET long-term pregnancy assistance patients,follow-up their pregnancy outcomes and maternal and child health.Objectively evaluate the impact of multi-center and multi-path intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on pregnancy outcomes and maternal and child health of IVF-ET long-term assisted pregnancy patients, and provide data support for the safety of multi-path intervention of assisted reproductive technology in traditional Chinese medicine.?Method?Follow-up was conducted on 257 patients who were included in the multi-center multi-channel intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for IVF-ET pregnancy in accordance with the principle of multi-center randomized control in the early stage.Their pregnancy outcomes and the health status of the mothers and children of the children,15 cases of natural pregnancy,226 cases of IVF-ET assisted pregnancy again, including 77 cases of successful pregnancy and 55 cases of childbirth.Collect the following medical information through one-on-one consultation, telephone or We Chat inquiry: assisted pregnancy outcomes, prenatal inspection reports, delivery records and child care medical examination data, including prenatal screening during pregnancy and prenatal diagnosis results, concurrent pregnancy The incidence of morbidity and comorbidity, the occurrence of childbirth and postpartum complications, the birth of newborns and the growth and development of offspring, the follow-up data was entered into Epi Data software to establish a database, and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.?Results?1.In pregnancy outcomes, the abortion rate in the medication group was lower than that in the control group, and the live birth rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the rate of ectopic pregnancy in the medication group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.In the middle and late pregnancy, there was no significant difference in the abnormal rates of NT and Tang screening results between the medication group and the control group(P>0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in the results of the non-invasive DNA test, sheep puncture test, and prenatal ultrasound diagnosis(fetal system ultrasound, fetal heart ultrasound)of the medication group and control group.3.Among the complications during pregnancy and diseases specific to pregnancy, gestational diabetes, hypertension during pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy, anaemia during pregnancy, thrombocytopenia during pregnancy, thyroid disease during pregnancy, oligohydramnios, and early fetal membranes Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the incidence of the disease(P>0.05).4.In the mother's delivery and postpartum conditions, the incidence of diseases such as mothers' weight gain during pregnancy, gestational gestation week, cesarean delivery, maternal placental membrane adhesions, abnormal postpartum lochia, and postpartum milk loss in the medication group were compared with the control group.Significance(P>0.05).5.In the newborn birth situation, there was no significant difference in the sex distribution of newborns, the birth rate of premature babies, the birth weight and length of boys, and the birth weight and length of girls in the treatment group compared with the control group(P> 0.05).6.In the adverse birth outcomes of neonates, there were no significant differences in the adverse birth weights(giant, low birth weight, very low birth weight infants),the incidence of birth deformities, and the 1-minute Apgar score of the neonatal group compared with the control group.Significance(P>0.05).7.The incidence of neonatal jaundice, neonatal pneumonia, and neonatal hypoglycemia in the treatment group was not statistically different from that in the control group(P> 0.05).There was no follow-up of neonatal respiratory distress, neonatal hypothermia, neonatal infection, and neonatal death in the medication group and control group. There were no obvious abnormalities in the screening results of the newborns in the medication group and the control group.8.In the offspring's health status, there was no significant difference in the length, weight and length of the male infants and female infants in the medication group compared with the control group(P> 0.05).Compared with the control group, the feeding methods of the three-month-old feeding pattern and the prevalence of other diseases(pneumonia, diarrhea, other)within one year of age in the medication group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of upper respiratory tract infections in the offspring of the medication group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).?Conclusion?1.Multi-way intervention of IVF in traditional Chinese medicine can reduce abortion rate and increase live birth rate and reduce the number of upper respiratory tract infections in 1 year old offspring.2.Multi-channel intervention of traditional Chinese medicine to assist IVF does not increase the incidence of ectopic pregnancy, late abortion rate, the incidence of pregnancy complications and diseases specific to pregnancy, the incidence of maternal delivery and postpartum complications, cesarean delivery,Prevalence of newborns, incidence of common offspring, prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis during pregnancy, gestational age of the newborn, birth weight and length of the newborn, poor birth weight, birth defects, and 1-minute Apgar Adverse effects on score generation, offspring at 3 months of age,1 week old after birth, and offspring feeding patterns.
