Objective: This study investigates the basic information, physiological factors, life events, and medical coping of the infertility patients undergoing in vitro baby treatments, and discusses the various factors which have effect on the pregnancy outcome in order to make a scientific support to effective interventions improving the pregnancy rate. Methods: The infertile patients in the reproductive center of Dalian women and children's medical center were enrolled in the study during June to August,2015.On the day of chemical pregnancy,we took face-to-face questionnaires to collect the basic information such as age, education background, years of infertility and reasons of infertility, the physiological factors such as the thickness and the shape of endometrium, and other information such as life events and medical coping. Then we recorded the pregnancy outcomes. The data was analyzed by method of SPSS17.0.Method Backward LR analyzed the correlation factors of the pregnancy by Multiple factors logistic regression analysis. Results: There are 150 patients in the 300 infertility patients who got pregnancy and incidence of pregnancy was 50%.Univariate analysis showed that the age of the pregnant women was(32.8±3.7)younger than non-pregnant women(34.7±4.3);the infertility duration [4.0(3,6)] of pregnant women was shorter than that of non-pregnant women [6(4 8)];The reasons of infertility might influence on the incidence of pregnancy. The incidences of pregnancy were 64.4%,37.9%,39.4% and 36.0% in infertility women groups due to tubal factor, ovarian factor, uterus or cervical factor and unexplained factors respectively. Both univariate analysis and multivariate analysis are indicated that endometrial morphology, endometrial thickness, the ratio of high quality embryo which transplantation and positive life events are important factors for pregnancy.Compare to the B or C of endometrial morphology on the day of HCG administration, there was a higher pregnancy rate in patients with A endometrial morphology(OR value of 0.043 ~ 0.283).Compare to patients whose endometrial thickness was 8 ~ 12 mm on the day of HCG administration, there was a lower pregnancy rate in patients whose endometrial thickness <8mm,the pregnancy rate is approximately 4.557 times the success of the former the latter(OR value of 2.157 ~ 9.628).The high ratio of high quality of embryo which be transplanted would lead to a successful pregnancy(OR value of 9.489 ~ 70.423).However,subjective life events SE 1-point increase can lead to a successful pregnancy to the original 0.895(OR value of 0.891 ~ 0.900);objective life events OE2 1-point increase in the probability of a successful pregnancy to the original 0.894(OR value from 0.890 to 0.899).There was no statistically difference in education, occupation, household income, the number of IVF treatment, infertility type, number of embryos transferred and medical coping methods between the patients who be pregnant and not be pregnant. Conclusions: On the day of HCG administration,A-form endometrial morphology, endometrial thickness ?8mm and high quality embryo are positive factors that can improve the pregnancy rates;.But more life events and high stress level are negative factors that are not good for pregnancy. We should take more interventions to the high stress level patients to improve the pregnancy rate.
