Objective:Through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and the establishment of a control group for comparison,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Sanjia Decoction in the treatment of sensitive skin syndrome,and explore more abundant treatment methods and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of sensitive skin syndrome.Method:72 patients with sensitive skin syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Sanhuang Sanjia Decoction and human like collagen dressing,while the control group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablet and human like collagen dressing.After 10 weeks of treatment,the changes of subjective symptoms(itching,burning,dry and tight,pricking,pain and numbness),objective signs score,skindex-16 quality of life index,and observation index of beauty damaging syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Spss25.0 statistical software was used to analyze to observe the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There were 70 clinical cases,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 91.43% and 68.57% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the overall effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Sanhuang Sanjia Decoction and compound glycyrrhizin tablet have therapeutic effect on sensitive skin syndrome.The therapeutic effect of Sanhuang Sanjia Decoction on sensitive skin syndrome is better than that of the control group.
