To Observe The Curative Effect Of San-Jia Fumai Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism And The Effect On The TNF-Alpha

Objective effects:Through the observation of SanjiaFumai Decoction clinical symptoms in patients with treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency hyperthyr oidism and the improvement of the changes of thyroid FT3, FT4, TSH, TRAb , TNF- alpha. In order to observe the clinical effects of Sanjia Fumai Decoct-ion and the influence on TNF-alpha.Method:The selected cases from in December 2014 March 2014 to Heilong jiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital ou tpatient and determined by the diagnosis of 60 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency hyperthyroidism patients and its were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group, two groups of cases were 30 cases. The experi mental group used sanjiafumai Decoction and methimazole treatment. The application of the control group after treatment. The test takes 12 weeks as a co-urse of treatment, and the safety index and curative effect observation index are regularly detected.Result(1)The efficacy of TCM in the two groups was P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the treatment group w as 97%, while the control group was 83%, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Comparison of single symptom score in the treatment group, dizziness, neck swelling symptoms improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.05)(2)The efficacy of hyperthyroidism in the two groups was P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant, the total effective rate was 96% in the treatment group, while the control group was 76%, the treatment group was si-gnificantly better than the control group.(3)Two groups before treatment, FT3, FT4, TSH, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, can be compared; after treatment in the two g roups, two FT3, FT4, TSH within group comparison, P< 0.05, indicating two groups of thyroid function were improved, after treatment in the two groups of FT3, FT4, TSH group, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically signif icant.(4)Before and after the treatment, the TNF- of the treatment group and the control group were compared with P<0.05, the difference was statistically sig nificant.The TNF- of the two groups after treatment was P> 0.05, the differe nce was not statistically significant.Conclusion(1)Sanjia Fumai decoction in improving TCM syndrome curative effect is obvious, especially in improve dizziness, anterior cervical enlargement effect is more obvious.(2)Sanjia Fumai decoction can reduce the FT3, FT4 and the increase of T SH.(3)Sanjia Fumai decoction effectively reduces the level of TNF-α.
