Clinical Efficacy Evaluation And Safety Analysis Of Detumescence And Analgesia Tincture In The Treatment Of The Acute Attack Of Gout Artliritis(Phlegm-Blood Stasis)

Objective: Based on the conventional treatment of modern medicine,this study applied detumescence and analgesia tincture to treat the acute attack of gout arthritis so as to shorten the course of gout and relieve the pain of patients.Clinical efficacy evaluation and safety analysis were carried out in accordance with the research results.Methods: The research method of randomized controlled clinical trials was used to randomize a total of 80 patients with acute gout arthritis into the experiment group and control group.These patients received medical treatment in the outpatient room and ward of the emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.Both groups received basic treatment in western medicine,among which 40 patients in the control group received basic treatment plus routine treatment(meloxicam tablets and lansoprazole capsules),while the experiment group received the additional treatment of detumescence and analgesia tincture based on the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups lasted 3 days respectively.During the experiment,the changes of symptoms,signs and detection indexes of the two groups were recorded,and the relative efficacy indexes were compared between these two groups so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of detumescence and analgesia tincture for treating the acute attack of gout arthritis.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were better than those before treatment(p < 0.05),and the score of the experiment group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS pain scores of the two groups on the first day,the second day and the third day were better than the VAS pain score before treatment(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the experiment group and the control group on the first day and the second day after treatment(p > 0.05),but the VAS pain score of the experiment group was better than that of the control group on the thirdday after treatment(p < 0.05).(3)After treatment,the scores of joint swelling in the two groups on the first day,the second day and the third day were better than those before treatment(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first day and the second day after treatment(p > 0.05),but the joint swelling score of the experiment group was better than that of the control group on the third day after treatment(p < 0.05).(4)After treatment,the arthritis scores of the two groups were all better than those before treatment(p < 0.05),and the experiment group was better than the control group in improving joint tenderness,joint redness and activity limitation(p < 0.05).(5)After treatment,the lab test data(CRP,ESR,UA)of the two groups were all better than those before treatment(p < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in this data(p > 0.05).(6)The total effective rate of the experiment group was 92.5% while the total effective rate of the control group was 77.5%.The experiment group was better than the control group in the total effective rate(p < 0.05).(7)After treatment,there was no significant difference in safety index data(WBC,ALT,AST,Cr)between the two groups compared with those data before treatment(p >,0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p >,0.05).The patients in these two groups were all compliant without any defluxion cases,and the treatment was completed according to the doctor's advice.Conclusion: Detumescence and analgesia tincture combined with conventional drugs is safe for clinical use and it has a certain curative effect in relieving symptoms.
