Objective: After learning about the implementation and effect of standardized training for resident physicians at a 3A grade hospital in Tangshan, exploring existing problems and proposing solutions,it is to further improve the training quality, improve the training system and optimize policies for reference.Method: Various methods were adopted: constructing an indicator system based on the kirkpatrick evaluation model, and conducting a questionnaire survey on the resident students and clinical teachers in a 3A grade hospital in Tangshan about their satisfaction degree and personal improvements in professional quality;applying the interview method to obtain opinions on multiple levels;carrying out statistical procedures like reliability and validity testing and variance analysis with the SPSS 22.0 software.Result: 1)77.70% of the trainees approve the training, and 86.68% believe that the training can improve the trainees' ability;2)Students' overall satisfaction with the training is 3.63±0.52,from high to low, respectively: > process management > training effect > system design > guarantee mechanism;3)Male students are more satisfied with the training base than female students;training discipline and training status have an impact on student satisfaction;4)The training improves students' medical ethics quality the most, and the least is their teaching and scientific research ability;5)Teachers were most satisfied with the training content and standards, accounting for 74.48%;and least satisfied with the training assessment, accounting for 68.97%.Conclusion: 1)The standardized training system in this 3A grade hospital in Tangshan is relatively well structured, with a high degree of acceptance and a primary training effect demonstrated;2)The resident students witness an apparent shift in their attitude towards the training, with their personal qualities and professional techniques dramatically enhanced;3)With respect to the existing problems such as imperfection in the guarantee mechanism, measures like strengthening incentive mechanism, increasing fund investment, and continuously advocating “intra-industry social personnel” could be adopted to refine the training effect.Figure3;Table23;Reference 58...
