In order to solve the people’s growing health care demand with the contradiction between the current level of medical and health service, to cultivate high quality medical and health personnel, the reform mode of resident standardization training, establish a national level training resident standardization training system is urgent. National resident standardization training system reform, is the optimization of previous physician training system, can effectively improve the resident ability of clinical scientific research and clinical practice, enhance the resident’s own comprehensive quality and social competitive power, My motherland medical and health undertakings develop more excellent professional talents and talents team, alleviate the pressure of the current of the medical and health industry overall, better meet the demand of the people’s growing health care in our country.Response to the major policies of the state of Guangdong province, actively promote the province’s resident standardization training system construction, From unified exam, staff enroll, base construction, from the five aspects, such as institutional guarantee, certificate, to ensure that the work can be a reasonable and orderly resident standardization training. Implement system of resident standardization training for a year, Guangdong earnestly implement national 7 departments "on establishing a system of resident standardization training guidance" and other documents spirit, strengthening leadership, increasing investment, training base and teaching staff construction as the focus, to promote each work, resident standardization training and obtained the periodic achievements. At present, the province has established the national base 40 resident standardization training. Resident standardization training system at the fledgling stage, there is still a long way to go, in the forward engineering in practice the rationality and validity of the examination system, and constantly improve and perfect, in order to get a better development.ObjectiveThis article mainly from the resident to gauge from the cognitive situation, clinical research and clinical practice ability training and residency rules from satisfaction degree of Guangdong province was studied from the aspects such as work resident standardization training. On the one hand, to further promote medical lifelong education and the study of the theory of the resident standardization training; On the other hand, through the investigation and study, provide a reference for the administrative departments for public health, for as soon as possible a feasible supporting policies and implementation scheme of resident standardization training, so as to promote the nationwide implementation of the new pattern of resident standardization training system, vigorously promote the process of resident standardization training, homogeneity, physicians to make a team to improve the medical service quality and level, alleviate doctor-patient contradiction has very important significance. Only from top to bottom will residency training work throughout the country to implement, can fundamentally improve the average level of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese doctors, improving the capacity of grassroots medical services of medical institutions, consistent with the developed countries, can alleviate the difficult problem, for the benefit of the people, promote social harmony.Methods1.Literature research methodologyLiterature research methodology mainly refers to the collection, identification, finishing documents, and through the study of literature form the method of scientific understanding of facts. Literature is a kind of ancient, and full of vitality of scientific research methods.Literature research methodology, the biggest advantage is that it is on the basis of predecessors’ and others’ work achievement of investigation, and is a shortcut to obtain knowledge.lt doesn’t need a large number of researchers, don’t need special equipment, can use less manpower, money and time, get more information than other survey methods.This study analysis the resident standardization training related literature at home and abroad, understand the research progress both at home and abroad, and related policies and systems, as well as the existing problems, and to master the latest developments of related fields, draw lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experience.2. Questionnaire surveyThis research adopts the quota sampling and random sampling,441 resident physicians of eight resident standardized training base in Guangdong province were investigated by questionnaires to understand the implementing situation and existing problems of standardization training of resident physicians. To understand the history and system construction of Standardization training of resident physicians in Guangdong province, the distribution of training base and residents, training process management, the situation of the implementation of the policy, training base and personnel distribution situation, the management status of base, the characteristics of each hospital base practices and reverberation of standardized training physicians and the problems existing in the teaching arrangement by interviewing with 2 staff of the Health Department of Guangdong Province,8 administrators of standardization training, and 40 resident physicians. The constituent ratio, mean and standard deviation, chi-square test, trends chi-square test, t test, classification of logistic regression are used for analyzing data.Results(1) 92.06% of residents are satisfied with the current resident enroll process 92.97% of residents rationality assessment on the current resident; 92.52% of the resident physicians had different degrees of pressure during the period of training, 84.56% of residents think that the economic pressure is the main reason.(2) 11.56% of residents are satisfied with the rotation plan; 92.06% of residents could finish the training plan; about 35 residents,7.94% of residents could not finish the training plan; 76.54% of residents physicians thought that the majority of the departments were lack of training, the lack of clinical teaching is the primary determinant,8.32% of department little or no arrangement to give the inspection.(3) Residents are satisfied with the training content, base installation and the teacher’s character; level of satisfaction on the living conditions, training effect and the teaching is low. Bachelor degree of the resident satisfaction is higher in related projects, especially for Dr. Master’s satisfaction in related projects, different education levels on the gauge with satisfaction the differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionAfter training, the ability of clinical thinking, clinical practice and scientific research ability of the training object have been improved, but Resident facing larger economic pressure, some problems still exist in rotary department, department clinical teaching work, clinical scientific research training, and given the inspection, leads to the living conditions and the effect of training teaching level of satisfaction is low which affect the overall quality of the training. Therefore, targeted suggestions are as follows:draw scientific and reasonable rotation training plan to make sure the resident strict rotation as planned; attaches great importance to the resident teaching work to perfect the evaluation system of doctors in hospital; improve the resident salary and living conditions, improve the effect of resident standardization training. Take various measures to improve the quality of resident standardization training.
