Clinical Research Of Zhishixiaoshi Pills In The Treatment Of Children’s Stagnation Due To Food Accumulation

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhishixiaoshi Pills in the treatment of Children’s stagnation due to food accumulation and further explore the effect on gastric motility and the application value of gastric ultrasound in functional dyspepsia,then hoping to provide information to enriching clinical diagnosis and treatment in pediatric stagnant.Methods Selected 70 cases of children with stagnation of milk and food products,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 35 cases.The treatment group took Zhishixiaoshi Pills.1 to 3 years old,once1 pill,4 to 6 years old,once 1.5 pills,7 to 14 years old,once 2 pills,twice a day.The control group took Baohe Pills,1 to 3 years old,once 6 pills,4 to 14 years old,once 8 pills,three times a day.Both groups were treated for 1 week.Main symptoms,secondary symptoms,the frequency of gastric antrum contraction and percentage of gastric emptying are indicators of observation in the two groups before and after treatment.Make comparisons between groups and within groups by using Statistical SPSS software.The improvement of main and secondary symptoms,gastric dynamic state and disease efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.At the same time,their blood routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function and other related safety indicators were observed,the adverse events during the treatment were recorded and the safety of the two groups were compared.Results 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,disease distribution,main symptoms,other secondary symptoms,the frequency of gastric antrum contraction and percentage of gastric emptying between the two groups,P>0.05.2.The differrence was significant in all symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups and both were better than the prior treatment,P<0.05;The scores of poor appetite,eructation with fetid odor,tongue picture and spirit were statistically significant after treatment in the two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05;The scores of abdominal pain and unadjustable excrement had no statistically significance after treatment in the two groups,P>0.05.The comparition of frequency of gastric antrum contraction and percentage of gastric emptying in the two groups were both statistically significant before and after treatment and both were better than the prior treatment,P<0.05;The comparition of frequency of gastric antrum contraction and percentage of gastric emptying were statistically significant after treatment between the two groups and the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05;3.The total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group which was higher than the effective rate with 88.2% in the control group,having significant difference,P<0.05;The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 32.35% and the control group was 55.88% after2 month,with significant difference,P<0.05.There was no adverse reactions.Conclusions 1.Zhishixiaoshi Pills can improve the symptom of stagnation in children,which are more effective in poor appetite,eructation with fetid odor,tongue picture and spirit than Baohe Pills.2.Zhishixiaoshi Pills also can improve the frequency of gastric antrum contraction and percentage of gastric emptying.3.The use of zhishixiaoshi Pills in children is safe and reliable,no adverse reactions.Figure1;Table15;Reference 109...
