| Objective Acorrding to the eticology and pathogenesis of pediatrics stagnation due to spleen deficiency,the mechanism of Yunpixiaoji method on the pediatrics stagnation was to be dicussed, the clinical effect of Xiaojitang for the pediatrics stagnation was to be observed. The effective prescription would be proved for the treatment of pediatrics stagnation by chinese medicine, finding theoretical and practical basis for the extension of Xiaojitang.Method 60 patients picked randomly from the pediatric department of The Affiliated Hospital Of Heilongjang University Of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 patients and the control group of 40 patients,Patients in treatment group took Xiaojitang while patients in control group took Kangerling Granule. Then observing ameliorative case of two drugs before and after treatment for clinical curative effect,and comparing the significant efficiency and comparative efficency between the two group.Result1. The effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%, that in the control group was 66.7%. There was remarkable different between the two groups with statistic comparison. (P< 0.05)2. The two drug can improve the symptoms of pediatrics stagnation,but there were obvious difference between the two groups for the improvement in main disease, such as appetite and abdominal distention, also Xiaojitang was superior to Kangerling Granule in minor symptoms.3. Comparing the hemoglobin and the hematocrit between the two groups, the rise of the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group.4. There was no serious untoward reaction on the heart, liver, kidney and the hemopoietic system during the test.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Xiaojitang for pediatrics stagnation due to spleen deficiency was exactly, that can improve children's symptoms... |
