Treatment Of Hemmorrhagic Cerebral Apoplexy With Dachengqi Decoction For Gastric Motility Clinical Observation

Objective:To study the hemorrhage of Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of lack of gastric motility after stroke of the brain and and analyze its mechanism in the treatment of gastric motilitydeficiency.Methods:120 bleeding stroke patients in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 were adopted as the research object.all Patients were diagnosed by Imaging examination and clin ical symptom check Forhemorrhagic stroke,all Patients were randomlydivided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and control group. There were 40 cases in each group. All the routine treatment were given to patients of cerebrovascular disease, on the basis of this, All patients by imaging science examination and clinical symptom check confirmed hemorrhagic stroke, using random number table method, all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group and the blank control group,40 patients in each group, all the included patients were given conventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease. On this basis, the control patients were selected for the corresponding western medicine treatment; observation group was treated with Dachengqi Decoction treatment group on the basisofcontrol. Prescriptioncomposition:rhubarb, magnolia24g 12g,12g 9g, zhi shi mirabilite shuijianbi,conventional through gastric tube, clipping 30 min after opening,2 times a day,stay for 5days. the control group were not given treatment measures, and only givenintravenous nutritional support. three groups ofpatients with two weeks as a course,the treatmentwere compared between the three groups after the digestive function of gastrointe-st inaltract and the treatment efficiency. and gastrin、vasoactive intestinal peptide and motilin level before and after treatment were detected with TCM syndrome scale.Results:1.TCM syndrome improvement in the control group were minimum.but after the statistical treatment,therewere significant differences with statistical significance (P<0.05) in TCM syndrome, before and after treatment in three groups.2.Three groups of patients with plasma detection results showed that observation group and control group after treatment of gastrin and motilin was significantly increased, and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide decreased significantly, P< 0.05, with statistical significance; but after treatment, observation group compared with the control group of patients with gastrin, gastric motility, elevated levels of greater magnitude, vasoactive peptide decline greater. After treatment, observation group of gastrin and motilin increased effect and vasoactive intestinal peptide levels reduced effect is obviously superior to the control group (P< 0.05); while in the control group while the gastrin and motilin levels rise and vasoactive intestinal peptide levels were decreased, but before and after treatment no significant difference, P> 0.05, does not have statistical significance.Conclusions:Dachengqi Decoction can significantly improve gastric motility,Gastrointestinaldysfunction,treatment has better clinical efficacy for patients with bleeding gastric motility after strokeby lack of brain Dachengqi Decoction, can effectively regulate gastrointestinal hormones in patients with high safety, application of drugs, has the clinical value of application and popularization.
