Clinical Observation Of Wu Gong Tvo Du Pills Combined Fire Needle On Treatment For Postherpetic Neuralgia (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wu gong tuo du pills combined with fire needle in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods:120 patients with post herpetic neuralgia suitable for inclusion in the standard and e-xcluded criteria were randomly divided into A,B and C 3 groups,according to the random number table method.Selected cases were selected from February 2016 to F-ebruary 2017 in Hei long jiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Aff-iliated Hospital of the Department of dermatology clinic patients.Group B was treat-ed with Xue fu zhu yu Capsule combined with fire needle therapy.Group A was g-iven the treatment of wu gong tuo du pills combined with fire needle,and group C was given the wu gong tuo du pills.All of the 120 patients have trentments for 4 weeks.At the end of the course of treatm-ent,the pain VAS score,the pain durat-ion score,the pain time interval score,the sleep VAS score,the Hamilton Depressi-on Scale s-core,the other symptom improvement score,and the number of adverse r-eaction events were recorded before and after treatment.Finally,the results were com pared.Results:Before treatment,the general data of the three groups of patients were not statisticall-y significant(P>0.05),comparable.After treatment and before treatment compared t-o the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).and the difference between the pain degree,the duration of pain,time interval of pain,the degree of sleep,the de-gree of psychological depression and other syndrome scores(P<0.05).The total eff-ective rate of postpartum neuralgia in group A was 95.00%,The total effective rate of postpartum neuralgia in group B was 85.00%,The total effective rate of the trea-tment of postherpetic neuralgia was 77.50%in group C.The curative effect of grou-p A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).and The curative effect of group B was better than that of group C(P<0.05),and it was statistically significant.Conclusions:1 Wu gong tuo du pills combined with fire needle,Wu gong tuo du pills combined with fire needle,Xue fu zhu yu capsule are treated with herpes zoster neuralgia aft-er the effective treatment program.2 Treatment program of Wu gong tuo du pills combined fire needle is the optimal t r-eatment program,and safe and reliable,the incidence of adverse reactions is low.3 The treatment of Wu gong tuo du pills combined fire needle is better to the sleep quality and the quality of life.
