Objective:In this study,on the basis of routine nursing for children with dental anxiety, situational experience-oriented behavior management technology was added. The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of this technology in alleviating children's anxiety, improving children's cooperation efficiency, improving parents'satisfaction with nursing service, and providing more effective nursing service mode for children's oral disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Convenience sampling method was used to select 100 children with anxiety disorder who met the inclusion criteria from April to December of 2019 in the Department of Children's Stomatology,Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.According to random number table method, children were divided into intervention group and control group of 50 cases each. The control group followed the current routine nursing mode of children's stomatology department, and the intervention group added the situational experience as the leading behavior management technology on the basis of routine nursing.Demographic data were collected using a routine questionnaire and compared at baseline;Children's Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale(CFSS-DS)was used to evaluate the anxiety degree of the two groups, and Venham's Anxiety and Cooperation Scale(Venham's)was used to evaluate the cooperation degree of the two groups.Client Satisfaction Questionnaire(CSQ-8)was used to evaluate the parents'satisfaction with nursing service.SPSS 20.0was used to analyze the data. Results:A total of 100 children in the intervention and control groups completed the study. Before the intervention, the general demographic data such as age and sex of the two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results after intervention were as follows:1.Comparison of the total score of CFSS-DS before and after treatment between the intervention group and the control group:(1)Comparison between the two groups:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the total score of CFSS-DSbetween the intervention group and the control group(t=0.103,P=0.919);Aftertreatment,the total score of CFSS-DS in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(t=19.246,P<0.001).(2)Comparison within group:There was no significant difference in the total score of CFSS-DS before and aftertreatment in the control group(t=1.155,P=0.254);The total score of CFSS-DS in the intervention group after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and thedifference was statistically significant(t=34.157,P<0.001).2.Comparison of Venham clinical anxiety and cooperative behavior between intervention group and control group:The score of Venham clinical anxiety andcooperative behavior in intervention group was lower than that in control group, that is,the degree of cooperation in intervention group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.551,P<0.001);There were 35(70%)cases in the intervention group and 18(36%)cases in the control group(c~2=11.602,P<0.001).The cooperation rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.3.The effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(c~2=4.433,P=0.035).The effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.4.The total satisfaction score of nursing service between the intervention group and the control group was 27.60±3.06,and that of the control group was 23.84±3.42.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.786,P<0.001).The satisfaction of nursing service in the intervention group was higher than that in the control.Conclusion:1.Situational experience can effectively relieve the tension and anxiety of children and reduce the degree of dental anxiety;2.The application of situational experience is conducive to improving the cooperation degree of children's oral treatment and improving the efficiency of treatment.3.The application of situational experience can effectively improve the quality of children's oral health care services and improve the satisfaction of children and their families with nursing services.
