Comparison of gender, age, medical history, lesions, treatment medication, and initial diagnosis scores in the two groups of children;gender, age, relationship with the children, payment methods, family income per capita, occupation, marriage, and education in the two groups The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and the two groups were comparable.? The observation group had higher health behavior and lifestyle, disease prevention, safety emergency and hedging dimensions, and health behavior scores than the control group. The differences in health behavior and lifestyle, disease prevention, and health behavior were statistically significant(P <0.05);The total scores of health behaviors and lifestyles, disease prevention, safety emergency and hedging and health behaviors of the two groups of caregivers were higher than before intervention(P <0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.? The scores of nasal drip method, external ear canal drip method, and shampoo skill on the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The self-controls were all statistically significant(P <0.05).? The tympanic congestion scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 days of intervention,1 week of intervention, and 2 weeks of intervention(P <0.05).The tympanic congestion scores of the two groups of patients after 3 days of intervention,1 week of intervention,and2 weeks of intervention were lower than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The tympanic hyperemia and ear pain scores of the two groups of children showed a gradual decline during the treatment period. The tympanic hyperemia scores in the first and second phases of the observation group decreased significantly more than the control group. The ear pain score decreased significantly in the observation group at the first phase than that in the control group. The effectiveness of the observation group at 3 days,1 week, and 2weeks was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).? The treatment time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).? After the intervention, the scores of emotional symptoms and peer communication problems in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).In the control group, the scores of emotional symptoms and peer communication problems were lower than before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);in the observation group, the scores of emotional symptoms, peer communication problems, and difficulty were lower than before the intervention, and the scores of conduct problems and prosocial behavior were higher than Before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).? After the intervention, the scores of the physiological function, emotional function, and social function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the control group and the observation group were higher than those of the control group before the intervention. It has statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusions? The Family-centered care model improves the knowledge rate of caregiver's health behavior and lifestyle, disease prevention, but has no obvious short-term effect on growth and development and adolescent health care, safety emergency and hedging, and health behavior, which improves the overall maintain people's health literacy.? The Family-centered care model improves the professional nursing skills of caregivers.? The Family-centered care model improves the clinical efficacy of children with acute otitis media.? The Family-centered care model shortens the diagnosis and treatment time of children with acute otitis media.? The Family-centered care model has obvious short-term effects on the emotional symptoms and peer interactions of children with acute otitis media, and the children's emotional disorders and behavior problems have improved significantly.? The Family-centered care model improves the quality of life of children with acute otitis media.
