The Cl Ini Cal And Experimental Study Of Drugs And Acupuncture In The The Treatment Of Acute Suppurative Otitis Media

Clinical ResearchObjectiveThrough the collection of clinical cases,compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of treatment group by acupuncture combined with western medicine and the control group with western medicine based,to evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media.MethodsThis study will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The treatment group were treated by needled Ermen,Tinghui,Yifeng,Zusanli,Qiuxu,and the 0.3%Ofloxacin ear treatment,the control group were treated by only western medicine.Acupuncture 1 times a day,consisted for 5 days and then rested for 2 days for each weeks,western medicine daily 1 times,both were 2 weeks.After treatment,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of primary disease by compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction between the two groups.ResultsImprove clinical total effective rate in treatment group and control group patients were 92.9%,82.8%respectively,that of the treatment group was higher than the control group,there are significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05).Furthermore,The incidence of ear tingling and the incidence of ear itch in the treatment group were lower than that of the control groups(P>0.05).The former were 3.57%,10.34%respectively,and the later were 3.57%,13.79%respectively.ConclusionsCompared with the western medicine group,the acupuncture combined with medicine can efficiently improve clinical symptoms of the patients with acute otitis media,eradicate the pathogens,with the incidence of adverse reactions low,it is worthy to be promoted.Experimental StudyObjectiveBy observing changes of concerning indicators,involving inflammatory factors TNF-??IL-6,Cochlear blood flow dynamics,inflammatory of the score after the treatment of electric acupuncture and ofloxacin otic solution in rats with Acute suppurative otitis media model,its molecular mechanisms were explored in electricity.MethodsOnly 39 standard male rats were selected to build acute otitis media model,after the success of the building(3 death in the process of building)randomly divided into 3 groups,each group of 12.Building after 3 days,?group was given 0.2ml saline to drop rats' ears,? group was injected by intradermal needle to electric them,stimulate 20 min,? set was given 0.2ml of loxacin otic solution to drop them.Three groups were 2 times a day,7 days of treatment.Respectively before and after the building,3 days,7 days after treatment to detect inflammatory factors as TNF-?,IL-6;In the end of the experiment to measure Hemodynamic parameters,including cochlear blood flow,mean arterial pressure;after rats died to record auris ear inflammation and bacteria cultivation count.ResultsElectric acupuncture group and western medicine group comparing with control group,serum inflammatory factors TNF-??IL-6 decreased and there were significant difference(P<0.05);electric acupuncture group comparing with western medicine group,there was no significant differences on it(P>0.05).The two intervention group comparing with control group,hemodynamic parameters including cochlear blood flow,mean arterial pressure increased and there were significant difference(P<0.01,P<0.05);between the two intervention group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The two intervention group comparing with control group,auris ear inflammation scores and bacteria cultivation count decreased and there were significant difference(P<0.01);between the two intervention group,the former had no(P>0.05)and the later had significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionsAfter acute otitis media model rats intervened by electric acupuncture and ofloxacin otic solution,their inflammatory factors in the serum could be increased and cochlear blood flow,mean arterial pressure in the ears could be enhanced,their inflammation scores and bacteria cultivation counts in the auris ear could be decreased.They can improve the cochlear microcirculation and anti-inflammatory,antibacterial effect so as to promote otitis media rats.But electric acupuncture is better in antibacterial effection than ofloxacin,it is worthy to be promoted.
