Objective:Through relevant investigation and analysis, the life quality assessment work before and after different operation modes of ome patients was analyzed, and the changes of life quality before and after operation were explored from different influencing factors. Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,102 patients with secretive otitis media were treated in the otolaryngology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, and divided them into experimental and control groups, each of which was 51 cases, according to the different methods of surgical treatment of patients. The control group carried out simple tympanic incision, the experimental group carried out drum chamber tube, respectively,CCES scale,OM-6 scale,WHOQL-100 scale, etc.to evaluate the patient’s preoperative quality of life, and finally to the relevant factors Logistic regression analysis,to determine the relationship between the factors. Results:Through measurement and analysis, the results of split-half reliability, internal consistency reliability and overall project evaluation reliability were 0.69,0.85 and 0.71 respectively, and the P values were all<0.05.In the validity of CCES scale, the final correlation value of all relevant factors of structural validity is 0.72,while the correlation value of content validity is 0.92,and the average value of standardized response of CCES scale is 0.91,which shows that its sensitivity and specificity in practical application are relatively high. And in the comparison of various indexes of patients before and after surgery,it is concluded that there is no difference in the score comparison of preoperative hearing effect between the two groups(p>0.05).in the comparison of hearing effect of 1 month,6 months and 12 months after surgery, the experimental group is significantly better than the control group(p<0.05),and in the comparison of scores of OM-6 dimensions before surgery in the experimental group, there is no difference in the score comparison of WHOQL-100 dimensions(p>0.05).There were significant differences in scores in all dimensions of CCES(P<0.05),while there were no differences in scores in all dimensions between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).In the comparison of scores in all dimensions at 1 month,6 months and 12 months after operation, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).And in the comparison of quality of life factors, when a is taken as 0.05,the factors affecting quality of life are related to sex, age, hearing level, operation mode, antibiotics and smoking, while there is no difference in comparison of sex, antibiotics and smoking(p>0.05),while there is difference in comparison of age, hearing level and operation mode(p<0.05).finally,on the basis of single factor analysis,Logistic regression analysis was carried out on hearing level, age and operation mode. The quality of life scoring standard was divided into 75 dividing lines, higher than 75 being good quality of life, lower than 75 being bad quality of life. Finally, regression analysis was carried out on the relevant factors. The final regression analysis results showed that the hearing level, age and operation mode were all related to the regression model, and the regression value OR=6.222 of the hearing level indicated that the hearing level had a great influence on the quality of life of patients. The regression value OR=5.357 of the operation mode also shows the influence of the operation mode on the quality of life of the patients. The patients in the experimental group have a higher overall quality of life after tympanic tube insertion. On the other hand, the older the patient is,the worse the prognosis and recovery effect will be,and the quality of life of the corresponding patient will be relatively poor. Conclusion:Tympanic catheterization for patients with secretory otitis media has an important impact on the quality of life of patients before and after surgery.Through the analysis of relevant influencing factors,it is found that age, operation mode and hearing level are directly related factors that affect the quality of life of patients before and after operation. With the age of patients gradually increasing, the quality of life of patients will be relatively poor, while the lower the hearing level, the corresponding quality of life will be relatively poor.In the choice of surgical methods, the improvement of patients’ quality of life by tympanic tube insertion is better than that by Simple tympanic incision. Therefore,it is possible to combine the patients’ treatment needs in clinical research and choose a suitable surgical method to improve the patients’ quality of life.
