Objective:to study the clinical data of connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease((Senile connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease,Senile CTD-ILD)in elderly patients, and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of senile CTD-ILD.Methods:92 elderly(? 65 years old)CTD-ILD patients treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2018 were collected and compared with 219CTD-ILD patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January2016 for disease distribution, clinical features, examination results, pulmonary function, treatment plan and so on.Results:the incidence of ILD in elderly CTD patients(20.0%)was higher than that in CTD(13.3%)(P < 0.05).The incidence of RA in the elderly CTD-ILD(50.0%)was higher than that in the general population(32.4)(P< 0.05).The incidence of SLE in the elderly CTD-ILD(8.7%)was lower than that in the general population(22.3%)(P < 0.05).In clinical manifestations, fever and pulmonary Velcro rale were more likely to occur in elderly patients with CTD-ILD than in the general population, but the incidence of Raynaud's phenomenon was lower(P < 0.05).The imaging manifestation of senile CTD-ILD was similar to that of the general population, and(NSIP)of non-specific interstitial pneumonia accounted for 65.3%.In the treatment of senile CTD-ILD,most of them were treated with hormone or immunosuppressant, and 55% were stable and improved after half a year follow-up.Conclusion:senile CTD-ILD has disease distribution, and its clinical manifestation has its own characteristics compared with the general population.Elderly patients with CTD-ILD also need to be treated with corticosteroids and immunosuppressants combined with disease activity.
