Objective:Firstly,by means of data mining method,to explore the principle of selecting acupoints along meridian in the treatment of protracted opioid abstinence syndrome(POAS)with acupuncture;Secondly,to evaluate the effectiveness difference among acupoints,non-acupoints and wait-and-see for patients with POAS.Methods:1.Data mining the principal of acupoints selection for POASBy searching domestic and foreign databases, clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of POAS were collected. Then a literature database on acupuncture prescription for POAS was established, utilizing SPSS 21.0,SPSS Modeler 18.0 data mining software to analysis the principal of acupoints selection for POAS.2.The effectiveness of acupuncture for female POAS: A randomized controlled trialThere were 61 subjects meeting selection criteria,in accordance with the random number table, were divided into acupoint group,non-acupoint group and wait-and-see group.Acupoint group with the best plan of data mining analysis,non-acupoint group with non-acupoint,these two groups received acupuncture intervention for 4 weeks for 20 times, each five times a week for 30 minutes per session.Wait-and-see group received no acupuncture intervention.COWS is primary outcome measures, combined with kinds of secondary endpoints to evaluate comprehensively the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of female POAS.Result:1.Acupoint selection for POAS after data miningThe primary intervention of acupuncture in the treatment of POAS is electroacupuncture. The most frequently used meridians were the palm-jueyin pericardial meridian and the foot-yangming gastric meridian.Reuse specific acupoints. The compatibility of acupoints is mainly between Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Shenmen(HT7).2.The effectiveness of acupuncture for female POAS: A randomized controlled trial(1)COWS: The COWS was reduced after acupoint group acupuncture treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant differences between self-control and wait-and-see Group after 4weeks.(2)HAMD: The three group were significant differences compared with self-control study(P<0.05).There was significant differences between acupoint group and wait-and-see Group after 4weeks.(3)HAMA: The HAMA was reduced after acupoint group acupuncture treatment(P<0.05).The HAMA was reduced after non-acupoint group acupuncture treatment(P < 0.05).There was significant differences between acupoints group,non-acupoint group and wait-and-see group after 4weeks.(4)PSQI: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total score of PSQI,sleep quality factor, sleep time factor and sleep efficiency factor of acupoint group were significantly reduced, and self-control study had statistic differences(P<0.05).The self-control study of the total score of PSQI,sleep quality, sleep efficiency and sleep disorder of non-acupoint group had statistic differences(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the results of data mining,we found that there was a remarkable regularity in acupoints selection in acupuncture treatment of POAS.Which was most use the way of the upper-lower point combination, reuse specific acupoints. The compatibility of acupoints is mainly between PC6,ST36,SP6 and HT7.2.Based on the results of clinical randomized controlled trials,it was demonstrated that acupoints was superior to waiting in improving physical withdrawal symptoms, depression and anxiety;Acupoints was superior to non-acupoints inimproving anxiety. The effect of acupoints on the sleep of female POAS patients still needs to be confirmed by research.
