Recently, the extrinsic opioid dependence has been increasingly serious social problems and the drug abuse has also been the global social effects of pollution. Research on the addictive mechanism and medical biological measures has been a focus that scholars in many countries are following with interest.but, the mechanism of physical addiction and psychic addiction have not been clarified.especially the research on the mechanisms of mental addiction is still in the phase of hypothesis. So far, western medicine almost has failed to find good methods in solving the problem. However, TCM has a comparatively intact theoretical understanding, reliable clinical experience, various treating methods and abundant medicine resource. TCM treatments are more and more concerned. Detoxification is not very difficult, but, there are not any effective measures to reduce the problem of the relapse rate is as high as 95% in half a year after detoxification. Some researches had found that the ability of learning and memory palys a impotant role from the acute effect to the chronic one. An important conceptual advance in the past decade has been the understanding that the process of drug addiction shares striking commonalities with neural plasticity associated with natural reward learning and memory. Basic mechanisms involving dopamine, glutamate, and their intracellular and genomic targets have been the focus of attention in these research area.these two neurotransmitter systems, widely distributed in many regions of cortex, limbic system, and basal ganglia, appear to play a key integrative role in motivation, learning, and memory, thus modulating adaptive behavior. However, many drugs of abuse exert their primary effects precisely on these pathways and are able to induce enduring cellular alterations in motivational networks, thus leading to maladaptive behaviors. Current theories and research on this topic are reviewed from an integrative systems perspective, with special emphasis on cellular, molecular, and behavioral aspects of dopamine D-1 and glutamate NMDA signaling, instrumental learning, and drug cue conditioning. So, This experiment systematically studied the effects of learning and memory on the withdrawal symptoms of the morphine-dependent rats.the neurotransmitters concentration in hippocampal by the methods of praxiology and biochemistry detect,In addition, the NADPH histochemical method was used to show the neurons containing NOS in the hippocampus formation and then count optical density of reactive product with image pattern analysis instrument and observer the distribution , morphology ,quantity of neurons containing NOS under lightmicroscopy. We studied the role of ability of learning and memory in the occurrence of morphine dependence and withdrawl symptoms in order to advancedly explore the mechanism of morphine addiction. Basing on the theory of TCM and the advance of modern neurobiology and integrating the related data and the results of modern theory, experiment, clinical research. We analyzed a part of psychosocial factorsof 100 opioid addicts who were detoxified and studied the mechanism about the change of the bility of learning and memory in the course of the opioid addiction. Theoretical StudiesIn this part, the paper studied the Chinese traditional medicine documents on detoxification and exploration of the types of Chinese traditional medicine syndromes of protracted withdrawal symptoms and the modern medicine documents. It discussed the history of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the modern medicine intreating opiate dependence-abstinence syndrome and the knowledge about the learning and memory. 1 The study about drug addiction in modern medicine The definition of the drug addiction went through a series of evolvement,Nowadays, scholars believed generally that the drug dependence is a kind of psychic state that leaded by the interaction between drug and body.sometimes,it also includes the physical state. Drug addiction shows clinically compulsive behaviors of seeking and using drug, which involves psysical...
