Clinical Evaluation Of Warm-spleen Acupoint Therapy In The Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Research purposes:This study is based on a randomized controlled trial,compared with Ginseng Jianpi Tablet,and verifies the efficacy of warm-spleen acupoint therapy in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),meanwhile,observes the efficacy of combined with the two methods and accesses the safety of three ways.To provide clinical basis for warm-spleen acupoint application clinical application.Research method:This study is guided by the principles of GCP and randomization.According to the order of inclusion,they were divided into warm-spleen acupoint therapy group,Ginseng Jianpi tablets(control group),combined Group.After 2 weeks of treatment,we compare the scores of major TCM symptoms,IBS-SSS score.Statistical analysis uses IBM SPSS 23.0 software.Results:(1)90 patients are included in this study,30 cases in each group.There are no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,works,IBS-SSS before treatment(P> 0.05),the comparing results of clinical efficacy are as follows:(2)Compare the General situations: there are 46 males(51.11%)and 44 females(48.89%).The average age of patients was 49.08 ± 10.44 years.44 cases of IBS-D patients engaged in mental labor and manual labor,forty-six cases had similar physical and mental labor.The course of IBS-D patients ranged from five months to 30 years,and the average was 50.62 ± 65.32 months.(3)Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in diarrhea,abdominal distension,abdominal fullness,fatigue,poor appetite(P <0.05).The warm-spleen acupoint therapy cannot improve appetite and fatigue(P>0.05),and the Ginseng Jianpi tablet group cannot improve fatigue(P>0.05).(4)The total syndrome scores,and IBS-SSS scores of the three groups of patients have good comparability,that proves all the therapy can improve the disease.(5)After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the warm-spleen acupoint therapy group was 73.33%,the ginseng Jianpi tablets was 76.67%.,the combined group was 90.0%.Overall,6 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%,the combined group had better efficacy than the other groups.(6)No clear adverse events related to this test were found in the study.Conclusion:Warm-spleen acupoint therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome),and the effect is significant.The synergistic effect of the two methods is better than that of ginseng Jianpi tablet or warm-spleen acupoint therapy alone,and there is no obvious side effect.
