ObjectiveThe object of this research is diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.By observing the curative effect of warm needling moxibustion combined with montmorillonite powder and simple montmorillonite powder,it is preliminarily discussed and clarified that warm needling moxibustion is effective in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness. The advantages of irritable syndrome,so as to better apply it to the clinic, and improve the quality of life of patients.MethodsThe source time and place of the patients of this subject are mainly patients who were treated at the Hengfu Road General Hospital of the Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province from April 2020 to December 2020.Methods A randomized controlled trial was used to assign 66 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness to the treatment group(warm acupuncture+montmorillonite powder)and control group(montmorillonite powder)at a ratio of 1:1.Acupoint selection in the treatment group:Dachangshu,Tianshu,Shangjuxu,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Pishu,Zhangmen,Guanyuan, and Shenshu;among them, warm acupuncture and moxibustion were performed at Guanyuan,Shenshu,Pishu, and Zusanli.Except for Guan Yuan, both acupuncture points were taken.By observing the changes in the overall curative effect of the two groups, the TCM symptom score and the IBS severity questionnaire(IBS-SSS),and using SPSS23.0 to statistically analyze, process and evaluate the objective curative effect.Results1.The two groups of patients included in the study were not statistically different in gender, age(years),disease duration(months),TCM syndrome scores, and the position of the IBS severity survey(IBS-SSS),and they were comparable(P>0.05).2.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment:The differences in the overall distribution of TCM symptoms and IBS-SSS points before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group are statistically different(P<0.05),indicating that whether it is "warming acupuncture+montmorillonite" The simple "montmorillonite"treatment program can all improve the symptoms of IB S-D patients with spleen deficiency and wetness to varying degrees.3.Differences in TCM syndrome scores and IBS-SSS scores between groups before and after treatment, and overall efficacy evaluation between groups after treatment:P values for defecation frequency, abdominal pain, fatigue and total score are all less than 0.05,and the difference is statistically significant. Therefore, the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the frequency of defecation, abdominal pain, fatigue and overall symptoms of the patients;and the P value of loose stool, fatigue or cold onset or worsening, fatigue, and anorexia are all greater than 0.05.There is no statistically significant difference in the distribution of items,so it is not yet believed that warm acupuncture has a prominent effect on improving these symptoms alone. In terms of IBS-SSS:There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of discomfort of abdominal distension, satisfaction with stool conditions, and the distribution of intestinal symptoms on life disturbances(P<0.05).Therefore,it can be considered that the treatment group has improved the discomfort of abdominal distension,Satisfaction with stool conditions, intestinal symptoms for life troubles, and overall disease efficacy are better than those of the control group;while abdominal pain and discomfort, and the number of days of abdominal pain in every 10 days, the P values of the two points are greater than 0.05,these items There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution position,so the two groups of therapies improved the scores of these individual items, and there was no obvious difference in the efficacy of the two.Overall curative effect evaluation:After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 81.82%and 57.58%,respectively.There was a statistical difference in the grade distribution between the two groups(P<0.05);indicating that the treatment group is in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness The curative effect of Sheng-type irritable bowel syndrome is better than that of the control group, which also highlights the clinical curative advantage of warm acupuncture.ConclusionWhether it is the control group with montmorillonite powder as the main treatment or the treatment group with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group,it can achieve definite results in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and wetness. The addition of warm needling moxibustion in therapy not only makes up for the shortcomings of montmorillonite powder monotherapy, but also highlights the advantages of warm needling moxibustion in treating irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and wetness.
