The Clinical Observation For Acne Treatment By Modified Pipa-Qing-fei-YIN In Lung Meridian With Wind-heat Syndromes

Objective:Observed improvement in patients with acne lesions,acne duration of disease and the clinical effectof Modified Pipa-Qing-fei-yin in treatment of Acne about Lung Meridian with wind-heat type by clinical study.Methods:Dividethe patients who are suffering from acne into two groups randomly.The treatment group contains 30 cases.And the treatment of the treatment group is based on Modified Pipa-Qing-fei-yin.The ingredients of Modified Qing-fei-yin are:Pipaye 10g,Sangbaipi10g,Huangqinl0g,Huangbo10g,Zhizi10g,Danshen20g,Baihuasheshecao15g,Yuxingcao30g,Zhidiahuangl0g,Gancao5g.Daily a pack,twice a day.The control group contains 30 cases took Licorice Zinc Granule,three times a day.The two of groups used MeiLu XiapZuo Cream.One time a day,only use at bedtime.After 6 weeks the effect was observed.Result:In the treatment group total cure rate was 70.1%and the control group total cure rate was 36.7%。There is the different statistically significant between the treatment group and the control group of total skin rash score.Modified Qing-fei-yin cure acne on the Ⅰ-level total cure rate was 90.4%and Ⅱ-level total cure rate was 22.2%.The Ⅰ-level total effective acne treatment were statistically significantly better than the Ⅱ-level total effective acne treatmentConclusion:Modified Pipa-Qing-fei-yin can relieve the TCM symptoms of Acne about Lung Meridian with wind-heat type.This drug has safe and effective.The clinical effect of Modified Pipa-Qing-fei-yin better than Licorice Zinc Granule.Worthy of further clinical application.
