Objective: Considering the blood heat syndrome patients with psoriasis vulgaris as the research object,with normal healthy people as control group.In order to summary the feature of cell apoptosis of blood heat with psoriasis vulgaris based on JAK/STAT pathway,we regard some cytokines(IFN-Y,IL-6,IL-10,IL-22,IL-23)of JAK/STAT signal transduction pathway as observation index.At the same time,the experimental data of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder were compared before and after treatment,so we can summary the microscopic material base of psoriasis was treated by Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder through the perspective of apoptosis.And provide experimental data for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment in patients with psoriasis.Methods: using ELISA method to detect the concentration of some cytokines(IFN-Y,IL-6,IL-10,IL-22,IL-23)that in serum of health people and patients with psoriasis vulgaris before and after treatment.And the PASI score was measured before and after treatment in the treatment group.Result:1.PASI scores were compared before and after treatment,and the score was significantly lower after 8 weeks(P = 0.000,<0.01).2.The expression of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-22 and IL-23 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.001,0.003,0.003,0.006),IL-10 in treatment group was significantly lower than the healthy control group(P = 0.005).3.The expression of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-22 and IL-23 were significantly decreased before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.034,0.046,0.04,0.046),IL-10 was higher than that before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P = 0.078).4.The PASI score was correlated with each cytokine as a bivariate.PASI score was positively correlated with IFN-γ before treatment(P <0.05),but there was no significant correlation between the other cytokines and PASI score(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.After treatment,PASI score was significantly reduced,Chinese medicine Jia wei Liang xue Xiao feng Powder can reduce skin lesions.2.We thinks that the levels of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-22 and IL-23 were up-regulated and that the decrease of IL-10 expression might be the basis of some microscopic substance of psoriasis vulgaris.Which IFN-γ expression level may better reflect the severity of skin lesions.3.The expression of signal transduction protein(STAT)in Jak / STAT pathway was decreased by down-regulating IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-22 and IL-23,and the target gene of apoptosis was regulated by balance,So that the differentiation of keratinocytes become normal,and thus reduce the blood heat syndrome psoriasis vulgaris lesions, thus We think this is mechanism of Jiawei Liangxue Xiaofeng San to achieve therapeutic purposes.
