Clinical Observation Of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Bronchodilation (Lung Qi Not Declare And Phlegm Obstruct Lung Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis(lung qi not declare and phlegm obstruct lung syndrome).Methods: From december 2017 to december 2019,69 cases of patients with acute exacerbation stage of expansion and expansion who met the inclusion criteria in the emergency observation room of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine were collected.According to the principle of randomized control,33 patients in the control group and 36 patients in the treatment group patients in the group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and patients in the treatment group were given conventional western medicine treatment plus Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid.The duration of treatment in both groups was 7 days.Observe and record the relevant situation at the time point of the clinical research protocol.After the observation process,the advanced statistical analysis software spss26 was used to analyze the time point data to calculate the observation results.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the two groups: 94.4% in the treatment group and 84.8% in the control group.The former has a better effect and there is a significant difference(P <0.05).2.Symptom improvement: Both groups of patients can significantly improve the cough,expectoration,wet lung sounds,fatigue and dyspnea in patients with acute exacerbation of branch dilation(P <0.05),but the treatment group was treated for 3 days The improvement was even more obvious after 7 days of treatment(P <0.05).3.Both groups of patients were able to reduce the TCM clinical symptom scores of patients with acute exacerbation of branch expansion(P <0.05),but the treatment group had more advantages in reducing the corresponding scores for 3 days and 7 days(P <0.05).4.Both groups had a positive effect on the changes of inflammation indicators,but the control group had no significant difference between the two groups after treatment for 7 days on the improvement of WBC and Gran% indicator levels(P> 0.05).The improvement on the 3 days treatment and the 7 days treatment group were all more significant(P <0.05).5.After treatment,the two groups improved pao2 and paco2 indicators.There was no significant difference between treatment 3 days and treatment 7 days(P> 0.05).6.The difference between the two groups in improving the three indicators of FEV1 and FEV1 / FVC did not show statistical significance(P> 0.05).7.The difference in the duration of fever between the two groups is significant,and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).8.8.The two groups had no adverse effects on blood routine and liver and kidney function,and no adverse events such as palpitation were seen.Conclusion: The addition of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment has improved the curative effect to some extent during the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and promote compliance without increasing adverse risks and safety better.
