Clinical Observation Of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Asthma-COPD Overlap(ACO)

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid in the treatment of acute exacerbation of Asthma-COPD Overlap(ACO).Methods A total of 70 ACO patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group,with 35 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with the basic treatment of western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid in the basic treatment of western medicine.Both groups of treatments are 7 days.Finally,we observed changes in TCM symptoms and signs scores,Routine blood test(EOS,NEU),CRP,Fe NO,Pulmonary function test(FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred,PEF%pred)and Arterial blood gas analysis(Pa O2,Pa CO2,Pa O2/Fi O2,Lac)after 3 days and 7days of treatment in both groups.Result1.The total efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%,and the Clinical control and excellent effect rate was 74.3%.The total effective rate of the control group was 77.1%,and the Clinical control and excellent effect rate was 42.9%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptoms and signs scores: There was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM symptoms and signs and the scores of single symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms and signs and the scores of single symptoms and signs were decreased in both groups(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Blood inflammation index: There was no significant difference in blood index of NEU,EOS and CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood index of NEU,EOS and CRP were decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The difference in blood index of CRP between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),but the difference in blood index of NEU and EOS was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Fe NO: There was no significant difference in the level of Fe NO between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of Fe NO was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.Pulmonary function test: There was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred,and PEF%perd between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups of FEV1/FVC,FEV1% pred,and PEF%perd were increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Arterial blood gas analysis: There was no significant difference in the level of Pa O2,Pa CO2,Pa O2/Fi O2,Lac between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of Pa O2 and Pa O2/Fi O2 in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the level of Pa CO2 and Lac in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).The difference in the level of Pa O2,Pa CO2 and Pa O2/Fi O2 between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),but the difference in the level of Lac was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Sanjie Kechuan Oral Liquid combined with the basic treatment of western medicine on the acute exacerbation of ACO is superior to the basic treatment of western medicine.
