Objective:According to the motherland medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease awareness, development of cough and phlegm, reduce air and asthma treatment principles, create "Kechuan decoction", observe the effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of phlegm obstruct the lung's Clinical efficacy and safety of Kechuan decoction on the mechanism of AECOPD patients and to study the existence of western medicine with the advantages for clinical and further promotion.Methods:Accordance with the relevant standard-setting of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical observation table of TCM, 72 cases were collected in patients with AECOPD diagnosis, diagnostic criteria based on traditional Chinese medicine TCM symptom classification, statistics and analysis of COPD with acute exacerbation and remissionsymptoms, symptom characteristics, and the severity of lung function COPD situation classification of patients with different severity of COPD exacerbation and remission of symptoms characteristics. Treatment group and control group cure rate and total effective rate was no significant difference, P> 0.05, that traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group no significant difference in efficacy.2. Before and after treatment, compared before and after treatment, symptoms and signs were the onset time shorter than the control group (P<0.05).3. Compared before and after treatment, chest X-ray negative rate in treatment group than the control group, (P<0.05).4. Treatment for 12 days, two groups of patients in the CDllb, CD18, CRP, PC02, and WBC was significantly lower than the hospital after 1 day (P<0.05); Chinese medicine treatment group than in the serum of CD18, C-reactive protein, blood, PCO2 No difference between concentrations (P> 0.05); Chinese medicine treatment group than in the comparison group, CDllb decreased significantly, there are significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:"Kechuan decoction" of traditional Chinese medicine preparation AECOPD phlegm obstruct the lung is effective in alleviating clinical symptoms and signs of the onset time is better than the control group, and the chest X-ray negative rate than the control group; cough mixture can significantly reduce serum Of CDllb, CD18, CRP, PCO2, and the concentration of WBC, these indicators can be used as phlegm obstruct the lung AECOPD therapeutic index; Chinese medicine treatment group than in the comparison group,12 days after treatment significantly decreased CDllb, CDllb treatment group in terms of reducing Than the control group (P<0.05); Kechuan decoction safety without side effects, clinical worth promoting.
