Vitamin D(Vit D)is an indispensable substance which maintains human health and plays an important role in bone calcification and various metabolic processes of the human body.More and more studies have found that Vit D deficiency not only causes bone diseases, but also causes all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease and mortality, metabolic syndrome, malignancy, infections, allergic diseases and asthma, mental and neurological diseases,Immune diseases, chronic kidney disease and so on.Many domestic and foreign studies have shown that Vit D deficiency is widespread in most regions of the world, and as people's lifestyles change, the situation of Vit D deficiency continues to spread.Studies have shown that Vit D can affect lipid metabolism, and the lack of Vit D can increases the risk of abnormal lipid metabolism.Studies have shown that the insufficient or lack of Vit D can activate parathyroid hormone to induce the release of parathyroid hormone(PTH),which leads to elevate the serum uric acid(UA).Objective:The purpose of this study is to analyze the nutritional status of vitamin D among medical staff in Cangzhou People's Hospital, and to analyze the influencing factors of Vit D level.Analyse the correlation between Vit D level and blood lipids and UA.Methods:A selection of 1200 medical staff who were examined in Cangzhou People's Hospital Physical Examination Center from December 2018 to February 2019 was used to detect 25(OH)D levels and biochemical indicators.Find out the nutritional status and the influencing factors of serum Vit D of 1200 medical staff. To analyze the correlation between 25(OH)D and total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and UA.Results:1.The serum Vit D level of medical staff:A total of 1200 subjects is included in the study, aged from25 to 60 years old, which contain 296 males(24.67%),and 904 females(75.33%).The average serum 25(OH)D level of the subjects is 24.4(22.1?27.8)ng/m L.The Vit D-lacked group contains 87 people, which accounts for 7.25%.The Vit D-insufficient group contains 938 people, which accounts for 78.17%.The Vit D-sufficient group contains 175 people, which accounts for 14.58%.The overall abnormal rate of Vit D is 85.42%.2.The level of 25(OH)D and gender:The lack and insufficiency rate of vitamin D is higher in women than in men,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The average serum 25(OH)D level in women is lower than that in men,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the level of 25(OH)D,it is divided into Vit D-lacked group, insufficient group, and sufficient group. It can be found that the average serum 25(OH)D level of women in sufficient group is lower than that of men,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The mean serum 25(OH)D level of women in Vit D-lacked group and insufficient group is both lower than that of men,and the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The distribution of 25(OH)D level and age:The serum Vit D level increases with age.The mean level of serum 25(OH)D is the lowest in the 25-30 age group, which is 23.1(21.1?25.2)ng/m L.The mean level of serum 25(OH)D is the highest in the 55-year-old over group, which is 30.9(26.5?34.6)ng/m L.Compared with other age groups, the level of 25(OH)D in the 55-year-old-over group is higher than 25-50 year-old group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The comparison of HDL-C and UA levels in different Vit D levels is statistically significant(P<0.05).It can reduce the level of HDL-C when the level of Vit D is too high or too low. When the level of Vit D is low,the reduction of HDL-C level is much more obvious. There are differences in the levels of TC,TGand LDL-C when the Vit D level is low.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).As Vit D levels became normal, there is no significant difference in TC,TGand LDL-C levels. The difference is statistically insignificant(P>0.05).5.After performing Pearson correlation analysis, the results show that the 25(OH)D levels are negatively correlated with TC,TG,LDL-Cand UA levels(r=-0.23,-0.14,-0.19,-0.60,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The phenomenon of Vit D lack and Vit D insufficiency are widespread, and Vit D deficiency is more severe among young women which should attract people's attention.2.There is difference between UA level and different Vit D levels. The more adequate the Vit D level is,the lower the UA level becomes.3.There are differences between blood lipid levels and different Vit D levels. The incidence of dyslipidemia increases when the serum Vit D level declines.
