Objective: To investigate the detection of colorectal polyps and its correlation with serum lipids, serum uric acid and NLR.Methods: A retrospective review was performed on 2005 patients with colonoscopy in the endoscopy room of the hebei general hospital from April2017 to November 2017,and analyzed the characteristics of colorectal polyp. The test results of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,SUA and NLR in 144 patients with colorectal polyps and 71 controls were collected. The levels of blood lipid, serum uric acid and NLR were compared between control group and colorectal polyp group, adenomatous polyp group and non-adenomatous polyp group and control group. Results: The detection rate of polyps in 2005 patients was 29.77%.The detection rate of male polyps was 34.9% and that of women was 22.9%.The detection rate of male polyps was significantly higher than that of women(P =0.00).The age was divided into 6 groups of ?30 years old,31-40 years old,41-50 years old,51-60 years old,61-70 years old,?71 years old groups, the detection rates of polyps were 4.9%,15.4%,23.9%,32.95,38.9%,39.8%,the differences among the groups were statistically significant(P=0.00).The incidence of hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia in colorectal polyps group was higher than that in control group. The levels of TG,SUA and NLR in adenomatous polyp group were higher than those in control group, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG and NLR in adenomatous polyp group were higher than those in non-adenomatous polyp group, the level of HLD-C in adenomatous polyp group was lower than that in non-adenomatous polyp group.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in serum uric acid level betweenadenomatous polyp group and non-adenomatous polyp group(P>0.05).According to Spearman correlation analysis, there was positive correlation between colorectal polyp and triglyceride, serum uric acid and NLR level(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between colorectal polyps and HDL-C levels(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.The detection rate of male polyp is higher than that of female, and the detection rate of polyps increases with the increase of age.2.HUA,hyperlipidemia may be a high risk factor for colorectal polyps.3.High levels of serum triglycerides, serum uric acid,NLR and low levels of HDL-C are associated with the occurrence of colorectal polyps.4.High levels of NLR,cholesterol, triglycerides, and low levels of HDL-C are associated with the development of adenomatous polyps.
