Objective: To understand the relation of serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),serum low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C),serum uric acid(UA)and hip bone mineral densit(BMD).And analyze the fracture risk in osteoporotic elderly osteoporotic female.Method: The clinical data of 194 elderly female patients with osteoporosis,hospitalized between January 2008 and December 2010,were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into osteoporosis group 108 cases and osteoporotic fractures group 86 cases(inculding 40 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and 46 cases of femoral neck fractures).Age,height,weight,the BMD of hip(Neck,Troch,Inter,Total and Ward),?-CTX,PINP,Vit D-T,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and UA were measured and compared.The multiple Logistic regression analysis was conducted for factors with statistical significance.Pearson correlation analysis was perform to find out the association between UA,serum lipidsand and Hip Bone Mineral Density.collum femoris Results:The the BMD of hip(Neck,Troch,Inter,Total and Ward's triangle),?-CTX,PINP,Vit D-T,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and UA of the osteoporotic fractures group are lower than the osteoporosis group.The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that Vit D-T,TC,?-CTX were risk factors of osteoporotic fractures in osteoporotic elderly osteoporotic female.Low level of Vit D-T would increase the risk of osteoporotic hip fracture as 11.860 times.Low level of TC would increase the risk of osteoporotic hip fracture as 2.359 times.Higeh level of?-CTX would increase the risk of osteoporotic hip fracture as 1.347 times.The positive correlation between the BMD of collum femoris and age??-CTX,the BMD of greater trochanter of femur and age? BMI?Vit D-T?TC?TG?UA,the BMD of hip and BMI?Vit D-T?TC?TG?LDL-C?UA,the BMD of Ward's triangle and BMI?Vit D-T?TC?LDL-C?UA,TC and Vit D-T?UA were found(r<0,P<0.05).The negative correlation between BMI?Vit D-T?TG?UA and the BMD of collum femoris,age??-CTX?PINP and the BMD of greater trochanter of femur,age??-CTX and the BMD of hip,age??-CTX and the BMD of Ward's triangl,?-CTX?PINP and TC were proved(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusion: The serum lipid level of osteoporotic fractures paitents are lower than the serum lipid level of osteoporosis fractures paitents.For osteoporosis patients,the correlativity of the hip bone mineral density and serum lipid level are different at different positions of hip.Low vitamin D levels and serum total cholesterol levels may increase the risk of osteoporotic hip fracture occurred.
