Objective:To observe the development and influence factors of binocular vision of amblyopia patients with refractive accommodative esotropia. Methods:Select 62 amblyopia patients with refractive accommodative esotropia, whose corrected visual vision can reach 1.0 after treatment. And then, record the age of onset, the time of wearing spectacles initially, the duration of squint, the age when their vision can reach 1.0 for the first time, the degree of hyperopia and their eye position at the last follow-up.Meanwhile,observe whether patients have anisometropia.Simultaneous vision machine can be used to detect patients'simultaneous vision, fusion and far stereoscopic vision, and“yes”or“no”should be recorded.Yan Shaoming stereogram can be used to detect patients'near stereoscopic vision,and“normal(?60”)”or“abnormal(>60”)”should be recorded.X~2 test or fisher exact probability can be used to study the relation between the above factors and simultaneous vision, fusion, far and near stereoscopic vision.Results:(1)Among the 62 patients, simultaneous vision is related to the age when the vision can reach 1.0 for the first time(P=0.011<0.05),and also related to the eye position at the last follow-up(P=0.000<0.05).However,it is not related to the age of onset(P=0.061>0.05),the age of wearing spectacles initially(P=0.468>0.05),the duration of squint(P=0.706>0.05),anisometropia(P=0.576>0.05),and the degree of hyperopia(P=0.879>0.05).(2)Fusion is related to the age when the vision can reach 1.0for the first time(P=0.032<0.05)and the eye position at the last follow-up(P=0.000<0.05).However,it is not related to the age of onset(P=0.096>0.05),the age of wearing spectacles initially(P=0.361>0.05),the duration o f squint(P=0.908>0.05),anisometropia(P=0.315>0.05),and the degree of hyperopia(P=0.899>0.05).(3)Far stereoscopic vision is related to the age of onset(P=0.019<0.05)and the eye position at the last follow-up(P=0.001<0.05).However,it is not related to the age of wearing spectacles initially(X~2=0.477,P=0.348>0.05),the duration of squint(P=0.663>0.05),the age when the vision can reach 1.0 for the first time(P=0.123>0.05),anisometropia(P=0.472>0.05),and the degree of hyperopia(P=1.000>0.05).(4)Near stereoscopic vision is related to the age of onset(X~2=7.333,P=0.007<0.05),anisometropia(X~2=4.692,P=0.028<0.05)and the eye position at the last follow-up(P=0.0014<0.05).However,it is not related to the age of wearing spectacles initially(X~2=1.597,P=0.162>0.05),the duration of squint(X~2=4.287,P=0.133>0.05),the age when the vision can reach 1.0 for the first time(X~2=1.217,P=0.200>0.05),the degree of hyperopia(P=0.260>0.05).Conclusion:(1)It is correcting the eye position that is the key factor for the development of binocular vision of amblyopia patients with refractive accommodative esotropia.(2)The younger people with normal vision are,the more probably better the development of simultaneous vision and fusion is.(3)Near stereoscopic vision can be more easily destroyed by anisometropia.
