Objective:The recovery of binocular vision and its influencing factors in children with amblyopia after consolidating treatment were observed. Methods:A total of 143 children with refractive amblyopia were enrolled in this study collected who had corrected visual acuity of 1.0 and had been consolidated for 3 years. And recorded for sex,age at first treatment, age at first corrected visual acuity of 1.0,the first treatment time required to correct visual acuity up to 1.0,the degree of amblyopia, whether to take cover treatment, whether it is monocular amblyopia.Simultaneous vision, fusion function, and far stereoscopic vision were measured with Random-dot stcrcosgrams(RDS).According tothe far stereoscopic is existent or not,It is divided into positive(+),negative(-).Yan Shaoming Stereoscopic vision measured near stereopsis.Viewing as"+"and"-"according to Stereoscopic Acuity?800 and>800,and in accordance with?60?,100?~200?,400?~800?is divided into center stereoscopic view, macular stereoscopic, and peripheral stereoscopic view. The number of concurrent vision, fusion functions, distant and near stereoscopic visual recordings were recorded at first corrected visual acuity of 1.0 and after 3 years of consolidation therapy. The comparison of simultaneous vision, fusion, distant and near stereopsis had differences between the first corrected visual acuity of 1.0 and consolidation therapy 3years later.Analysis of Factors Affecting Binocular Recovery After Consolidating Treatment for 3 Years.Results:1.Comparison of visual function between first corrected visual acuity up to 1.0and after 3 years of consolidation therapy:After consolidation therapy for 3 years, the visual, fusion function, and far stereo vision were better than the first corrected visual acuity of 1.0.The difference was statistically significant(x~2=4.231,13.315,6.810,P<0.05),but the near stereopsis was not statistically significant(Z=-1.049,P>0.05),however,different stereoscopic visual acuity differs between the first corrected visual acuity of 1.0 and the consolidation treatment for 3 years(Z=-8.258,-9.564,P<0.05).Regardless of whether the corrected visual acuity was 1.0 for the first time or 3 years after the consolidation treatment, far stereoscopic vision recovery was better than near stereo vision(x~2=8.709,41.833,P<0.05).2.Analysis of the influencing factors of tertiary visual function after 3 years of consolidation therapy:(1)Factors that affect simultaneous visual recovery:The simultaneous vision was associated with age at first treatment, age at first corrected visual acuity of 1.0,the first treatment time required tocorrect visual acuity up to 1.0(Z=-4.784,-4.894,x~2=14.39,P<0.05).It was not related to the degree of amblyopia, gender, whether to take cover treatment, whether it is monocular amblyopia(Z=-0.73,x2=0.343,0.608,0.447,P>0.05).(2)Factors that affect fusion recovery:The fusion function was associated with age at first treatment, age at first corrected visual acuity of 1.0,the firsttreatment time required to correct visual acuity up to 1.0(Z=-5.948,-5.394,x~2=33.46,P<0.05).It was not related to the degree of amblyopia, gender, whether to take cover treatment, whether it is monocular amblyopia(Z=-0.66,x2=2.652,0.042,0.061,P>0.05).(3)Factors that affect far stereoscopic recovery:The far stereopsis was associated with age at first treatment, age at first corrected visual acuity of 1.0,the first treatment time required to correct visual acuity up to 1.0(Z=-4.679,-4.424,x~2=32.229,P<0.05).It was not related to the degree of amblyopia, gender, whether to take cover treatment, whether it is monocular amblyopia(Z=-1.854,x~2=0.501,0.046,0.043,P>0.05).(4)Factors that affect near stereo vision recovery:The near stereopsis was associated with age at first treatment, age at first corrected visual acuity of1.0,the firsttreatment time required to correct visual acuity up to 1.0(Z=-3.695,-3.083,x~2=32.763,P<0.05).It was not related to the degree of amblyopia, gender, whether to take cover treatment, whether it is monocular amblyopia(Z=-0.840,x~2=2.546?0.026?0.136,P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Visual acuity in children with amblyopia is normal, binocular vision is still in recovery phase, need to consolidate treatment.2.After 3 years of amblyopia consolidation therapy, the shorter age at first treatment and the first corrected visual acuity of 1.0,the smaller the treatment time required to correct visual acuity up to 1.0,the better the recovery of binocular vision.
