The Effect Of Different Types And Different Degrees Of Amblyopia On Stereoscopic Vision

Objective: To observe the amblyopia patients in the far,nearly three-dimensional vision,when the corrected visual acuity reached 1.0.To study the effects of different types and degrees of amblyopia on stereoscopic vision.Methods: A total of 247 patients with amblyopia were enrolled in this study collected from October 2014 to December 2016,in which 116 patients with ametropia amblyopia,84 patients with ametropic amblyopia,30 patients with strabismic amblyopia,and deprivation of amblyopia in 17 cases.These cases were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group according to the correct vision at the first treatment.To measure near stereopsis according to Yan Shao-ming stereoscopic vision.Near stereopsis in accordance with 15 "~ 60",80 "~ 200",400 "~ 3000" is divided into center stereoscopic view,macular stereoscopic,and peripheral stereoscopic view,and calculate the number of patients in various types and different degrees of central stereoscopic,macular stereoscopic and peripheral stereoscopic,and study whether it is statistically different or not of near stereopsis in patients with various types and different degrees of central stereoscopic,macular stereoscopic and peripheral stereoscopic.To measure far stereoscopic vision with synoptophore.According to the far stereoscopic is existent or not,It is divided into positive(+),negative(-).And calculate the number of patients in various types and different degrees of positive(+),negative(-).and study whether it is statistically different or not of far stereoscopic vision in patients with various types and different degrees of positive(+),negative(-).Results:(1)the relationship between different types of ametropia amblyopia and stereo vision: the rate of center stereoscopic sharpness is 60.34% in refractive amblyopia,which higher than all other groups,47.61% in anisometropia amblyopia,26.67% in strabismus amblyopia,29.41% in shape of form deprivation amblyopia.The rate of Surrounding stereoscopic view sharpness is 33.33% in strabismus amblyopic which higher than other groups,29.41% in shape of form deprivation amblyopia,15.48% in anisometropia amblyopia,8.62% in refractive amblyopia.the near stereoscopic sensation comparison of four types of amblyopia are significantly Statistical different(Z = 22.48,P < 0.05),the far stereoscopic sensation comparison of four types of amblyopia has no statistical significance(c2 = 2.939,P > 0.05).(2)The relationship between different degrees of ametropic amblyopia and stereoscopic vision: The rate of center stereoscopic sharpness of mild amblyopia is 59.46% in ametropia amblyopia,the rate of moderate amblyopia is40.00%,the rate of severe amblyopia is 17.24%.The rate of.the far stereoscopic sensation visual sharpness of severe amblyopia 62.07% in ametropia amblyopia,the rate of moderate amblyopia is 40.00%,the rate of severe amblyopia is 18.92%.The near stereoscopic sensation comparison of three kinds of degree of amblyopia has Statistical significance(Z=14.84,P<0.05).the far stereoscopic sensation comparison of three kinds of degree of amblyopia is no statistical significance(c2=3.024,P>0.05).The rate of center stereoscopic sharpness of mild ametropia amblyopia is 66.67% in anisometropia amblyopia,the rate of moderate amblyopia is 32.35%,the rate of severe amblyopia is 25.00%.The rate of the far stereoscopic sensation visual sharpness of severe amblyopia 50.00% in anisometropia amblyopia,the rate of moderate amblyopia is 14.70%,the rate of severe amblyopia is 16.67%.The near stereoscopic sensation comparison of three kinds of degree of amblyopia has Statistical significance(Z=-2.970,P<0.05).the far stereoscopic sensation comparison of three kinds of degree of amblyopia is no statistical significance(c2=0.272,P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The effects of different types,different degrees of amblyopia on the stereoscopic is different,and there is no significant difference in the far stereoscopic view,(2)the recovery of ametropia amblyopia near stereo vision is best,followed by anisometropic amblyopia,strabismic amblyopia and form deprivation amblyopia are mainly the surrounding stereoscopic.(3)The lighter the degree of amblyopia,the better the near stereopsis recovery.
