Objective:By observing the binocular vision of children with refractive amblyopia to achieve normal when the fusion function and far, nearly stereoscopic, the factors influencing binocular vision development in the treatment of amblyopia were analyzed. Methods:Through retrospective cohort studies,164 patients with amblyopia treated with ophthalmology corrected visual acuity were collected from March 1998 to November 2016 in Qingdao University Hospital,There were 82 males and females, aged 3-12 years, with an average age of 4.86±0.71 years old,All children with amblyopia were regular eye examination,Through Yan Shao-ming prepared by the“Digital stereoscopic test chart ”to detect children with nearly stereopsis,Random-dot stereosgrams(RDS)check the fusion and far stereoscopic,Records of gender, age of first visit to a doctor, duration of treatment, normal age of vision recovery, degree of amblyopia, whether to take cover, monocular or binocular amblyopia,Using the X2 test, the exact probability method and Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test, statistical analysis of these factors and their relationship between fusion function ?distance and near stereo vision.Results:1.Of the 164 children, the age of first visit to a doctor, duration of treatment, normal age of vision recovery, degree of amblyopia had an effect on the recovery of near stereopsis(?2=8.220?9.338?4.931?7.615,P<0.05),There were no significant differences in recovery of near-stereopsis between the gender, whether to take cover and monocular or binocular amblyopia(?2=0.994?2.836?0.187,P>0.05.).2.Of the 164 children,There were no significant differences in gender, age of first visit to a doctor, duration of treatment, normal age of vision recovery, degree of amblyopia, whether to take cover, monocular or binocular amblyopia, recovery of distant stereopsis(P>0.05).3.Of the 164 children,There were no significant differences in gender, age of first visit to a doctor, duration of treatment, normal age of vision recovery, degree of amblyopia, whether to take cover, monocular or binocular amblyopia, recovery of fusion function(P >0.05).4.Far from the basic stereo visual acuity recovery, near stereo vision has not yet been synchronous recovery.Conclusions:1.Children with first diagnosed younger age, eyesight is smaller, shorter duration of therapy, the degree of amblyopia is lighter, more conducive to the recovery of near stereoacuity, gender, children with monocular or binocular amblyopia, whether to take cover without any effect on the near stereopsis recovery.2.The gender of children, the age of first diagnosis, the normal age of vision restoration, the duration of treatment, the degree of amblyopia, whether to take cover, monocular or binocular amblyopia had no effect on the recovery of distant stereopsis and fusion. After treatment, the recovery of the fusion range was different, but still lower than the normal level.3.The restoration of far standing stereo is better than that of near stereopsis.
