Clinical Study On Treatment Of Peripheral Arterial Disease Of Lower Extremity Caused By Type 2 Diabetes By Danqi Tongmai Yin

Objective:To investigate the effects of Danqi Tongmai Yin on peripheral arterial disease of lower extremity in type 2 diabetic patients related factors. By detecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back, such as clinical symptom scores, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipids, blood rheology,FIB, ABI, lower extremity arterial hemodynamics, to explore its clinical value. Methods:60 patients diagnosed type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with ower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly classified into two groups.Under the basic premise of reducing the blood plasma glucose, 30 patients were treated with Danqi Tongmai Yin in treated group,others were treated with pile of Xuesaitong in control group.All of the groups were treated four 8 weeks as a course,taken for 1 courses. Results:Treatment group could improve the patients'clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than control group (p<0.05).In the sides of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood lipid, blood rheology, FIB, ABI, lower extremity arterial hemodynamics and so on, the effects of treatment group were better than control group (P<0.05). And that there had been no adverse reaction in the course of treatment. Conclusion:Clinical observation had proved Danqi Tongmai Yin can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood rheology,FIB,ABI,lower extremity arterial hemodynamics.In correcting blood hypercoagulable state, improving microcirculation as well as the prevention of vascular disease has played a positive role, and it had no adverse reaction. It is a prevention and treatment of diabetic lower limb vascular disease an effective way. It is worth studying deeply and developing further.
