Clinical Interventions On The Qixu Hanning Xueyu Diabetes With Lower Extremity Arteiral Disease By Yiqi Tongmai Xinjia Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Tongmai Xinjia Tang onthe Qixu Hanning Xueyu diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (30cases,with Chinese Medicineand Alprostadil Injection for eight weeks) and control group (30cases, with medicinalAlprostadil Injection for eight weeks).The changes of TCM symptoms, the ankle-brachialratio and total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) andfibrinogen (FIB) were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rateof TCM clinical in the treatment group was86.67%,the control is70.0%, both groups asignificant effect in the treatment group than the control group respectively,before and aftertreatment there were significant differences(P<0.05). The two groups were significantlyimproved ankle-brachial ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and fibrinogen level,with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The two groups treatmentgroup than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: YiqiTongmai Xinjia Tang have a good effect in improving the signs and symptoms in QixuHanning Xueyu diabetes with lower extremity arterial disease.Can effectively improve thelevel of the ankle-brachial ratio, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and fibrinogen’s,andsafe.
