Clinical Research Of Huangqi Guizhi Tongmai Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective：the purpose of this paper is to take the traditional Chinese medicine theoryas the foundation, carries on the discussion to the pathogenesis of type2diabetic patientswith lower extremity vascular disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis, and the use ofHuangqi Guizhi Tongmai Decoction for treatment of type2diabetic patients with lowerextremity vascular disease. The Qi and blood circulation, removing blood stasis anddredging collaterals is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic lower extremityvascular disease.Methods:60cases of patients of vascular disease of lower extremitiesin patients withtype2diabetes mellitus belongs to Qi deficiency and blood stasis,were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group. The observation group was given the basictreatment of Western medicine, then intervention treatment of Huangqi Guizhi TongmaiDecoction; the control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine. Weobserved before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, plateletaggregation rate before and after treatment (PAgT), plasma endothelin-1(ET-1), changesof TG, TC and LDL-c. Treatment for8weeks.Results: the clinical observation, the control group in the improvement of type2diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease clinical symptoms, syndromes werebetter than the control group (P<0.05); the decrease in PAgT than the control group(P<0.05); the improvement of blood TG, TC, ET-1,LDL-c and control group no significantdifferences.Conclusion: the clinical observation that Huangqi Guizhi Tongmai Decoction canobviously improve the clinical symptoms of lower extremity vascular disease in type2 diabetic patients, decrease the rate of platelet aggregation.Huangqi Guizhi show TongmaiDecoction has a good therapeutic effect on lower extremity arterial disease in type2diabetic patients.
