Clinical Research On Intervention Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Renal Insufficiency And Damp-heat Syndrome With Nourishing Kidney, Clearing Heat And Removing Stasis

Objective:To observe the effect to glucolipid metabolism, the urine micro protein and blood pressure index of early diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency and damp-heat syndrome, with Chinese traditional medicine granule preparation (QH particles), which can nourishing kidney, clearing heat and removing stasis.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods, will conform to the criteria for the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, on the basis of foundation treatment QH granules treatment group used two package, daily two times, the treatment course12weeks. Before and after treatment in the two groups respectively to evaluate the clinical symptoms and signs, and were observed before and after treatment of blood glucose, HbAlc, the m-Alb/u-Cr, NAG, blood lipid, blood pressure, and other targets. All data use SPPS16.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:Diagnosed and included in58patients with early diabetic nephropathy kidney empty damp heat syndrome (treatment group:29cases, control group:29cases), the two groups before treatment of gender, age, course of baseline data, such as there was no significant difference after statistics processing, comparable.(1) The improvement of symptoms and signs: two groups of patients after treatment of TCM clinical symptoms treatment were obviously improved than before, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison between groups, the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);(2)To reduce blood sugar:the FBG, PBG, HbAlc of two groups was decreased, glucose-lowering effect of treatment group more significantly(P<0.05);(3)The improvement of m-Alb/u-Cr, NAG, β2-MG: with the m-Alb/u-Cr,β2-MG, and urine NAG of two groups patients was lower(P<0.05), the significant difference between the treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05);(4) Adjust blood pressure and blood lipid:blood pressure and blood fat of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), there are differences between the two groups(P<0.05);(5)Security metrics:two groups of safety indexes before and after treatment of blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram were within the normal range in the two groups were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The study suggests, the effect of western medicine combined with QH particles is better than western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment can not only improve early clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy in patients with kidney empty damp heat syndrome, and can regulate blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipid, also can reduce urinary protein, improve NAG, and is safe and effective.
