| Objective:By observing the curetive effect of Yunv Decoction on treating hyp omenorrhea due to Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness Type caused by Diminished ovarian reserve.Explore the therapeutic significance of Yunv Decoction for hypomenorrhea of women.Providing fundamental basis f or clinical treatment with hypomenorrhea and improvement of clinical ef ficacy.Method:The study subjects came from 70 patients with hypomenorrhea due to Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness Type caused by Diminished ovaria n reserve(DOR)who diagnosed in the gynecology at the Second Aff iliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medici ne between January 2018 and September 2019.They were randomly divi ded into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,each one has 3 5 cases.The treatment group was given the Yunv Decoction,and th e control one was given sequential therapy of Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Dydrogesterone Tablets.Continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycle s then record the changes of menstrual blood volume,TCM syndrome sc ores,and hormone levels of patients before and after taking the medicin e,and make a judgment on the efficacy.Three months after the end of t he treatment period,to follow up the patients who were cured to determ ine the long-time efficacy.Result:1.Compared the total clinical efficacy of the two groups after three menstrual cycles.Among the treatment group the total effective rate wa s 94.3%,and the marked rate was 68.6%.Among the control group the to tal effective rate was 85.7%,and the marked rate was 40.0%.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM in the two groups of patien ts.Among the treatment group the total effective rate was 94.3%,and th e marked rate was 65.7%.Among the control group the total effective ra te was 85.7%,and the marked rate was 42.9%.3.Comparison of the effect of menstrual blood volume in the two groups of patients.Among the 3 5 patients in the treatment group,the tota 1 effective rate was 94.3%,and the marked rate was 77.1%.Among the 35 patients in the control group,the total effective rate was 80.0%,and t he marked rate was 57.1%.4.The total score of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients were decreased compared with before.After treatment,the total score of treatment group was 7.83 ± 2.02 and the control group was 11.63 ± 2.66.There was a difference between the two groups,it means the result o f the treatment group was better than the control group.5.The levels of sex hormones in the two groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment.After treatment,the FSH and FSH/LH were different between the two groups,it means the clinica 1 effect of FSH and FSH/LH the treatment group was better than the c ontrol group.The comparison between the two groups of AMH has no st atistical significance,proving that the clinical effect of the two groups i s equivalent in improving the serum AMH of the patients.Conclusion:In this study we compared the Yunv decoction with the sequential therapy of Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Dydrogesterone Tablets.Then observed the clinical effect of the two treatments for hypomenorrhea du e to Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness Type.The analysis results are as follows.The treatment of hypomenorrhea due to Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness Type caused by DOR with Yunv decoction has a significant cli nical effect and good long-term effect.Provide experimental basis for it s clinical use.The Yunv decoction and the sequential therapy of Estradiol Valerat e Tablets and Dydrogesterone Tablets can both improve TCM symptoms and some laboratory indicators,such as FSH,FSH/LH and AMH,in patient s with DOR.The Yunv decoction is more effective in improving the sym ptoms of TCM and lowering FSH and FSH/LH.The clinical effects of th e two groups are equivalent in improving the AMH.Which proves that t he Yunv decoction has a clear effect on the treatment of DOR. |
