Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Xieqing Decoction In The Treatment Of Yong And Middle-aged Essential Hypertension(Liver-fire Upper Inflammation Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Xieqing Decoction in the treatment of young and middle-aged essential hypertension(liver-fire upper inflammation type).Methods:In this study,40 patients with primary hypertension(Liver-fire upper inflammation type)were randomly selected from the cardiovascular clinic and emergency diagnosis of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to February 2020.Give Jiawei Xieqing Decoction,1 dose a day,water decoction 300 ml,Take morning and evening,the course of treatment is 2 weeks.To observe the changes of blood pressure before treatment,treatment for 1 week and treatment for 2 weeks,and to observe the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment,the score of single symptom of TCM,and the adverse reaction of medication.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The curative effect of lowering blood pressure: Compared with before treatment for 1 week,the SBP?DBP?PP of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;The SBP?DBP?PP of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05)after 2 weeks treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant;There was significant decrease in SBP?DBP?PP between 2 weeks and 1 week(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Antihypertensive efficacy,after taking Jiawei Xieqing Decoction,The total effective rate was 94.74% in 20 cases(52.63%),16 cases(42.11%)and 2 cases(5.26%).2.TCM syndrome: The total TCM syndrome score of patients before treatment was15.79±2.61,and the total TCM syndrome score after treatment was 6.26±2.65,and the total TCM syndrome score of patients after treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;After treatment,the scores of individual symptoms of TCM decreased significantly(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;In terms of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes,15 cases(39.48%),21 cases(55.26%)and2 cases(5.26%)were effective after taking Jiawei Xieqing Decoction,and the totaleffective rate was 94.74%.Conclusions:Jiawei Xieqing Decoction can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension(liver-fire upper inflammation type),the total score of TCM syndromes and the single syndromes integral of TCM.
