Clinical Observation Of Modified Wushenqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Ventricular Premature Beat Qi And Yin Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of Wushenqi Decoction on the improvement of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,and the change of Lown level in 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographic ventricular premature beat before and after treatment,so as to reveal the possible mechanism of the Wushenqi Decoction in treating premature rupture of Qi and yin deficiency in the therapeutic room,and provide a theoretical basis for TCM treatment of ventricular premature beats and Qi Yin deficiency.Methods: A total of 40 patients were included in the study.All the cases were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.The time was from October 2018 to October 2019.The age of the patients was between 35-70 years old,and the sex was not restricted.The patients were diagnosed as ventricular premature beat,Qi Yin and two asthenia.The patients were treated by Wushenqi Decoction plus 1 Shenyang decoction,which was provided by the herbal medicine bureau of the first hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.The course of treatment with Wushenqi Decoction was 4 weeks.The changes of the curative effect of single TCM symptom before and after treatment,the change of total effective rate of 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram ventricular premature beat before and after treatment,and the improvement of Lown classification before and after treatment were recorded.And life signs(body temperature,pulse,respiration,blood pressure,etc.),liver and kidney function tests and other safety indicators.IBM SPSS 19 statistical software was used to analyze the data of patients before and after treatment.Result:1.the change of TCM syndrome integrals: compared with those before treatment,the total scores and individual scores of TCM syndromes after treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05).2.The change of the number of ambulatory electrocardiographic ventricular premature beat in 2.24 hours: compared with that before treatment,the number of 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographic ventricular premature beat decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).3.Lown grade change: compared with before treatment,the degree of Lown decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wushenqi Decoction can improve the TCM Syndromes of ventricular premature beats(Qi and yin deficiency).2.Wushenqi Decoction can reduce the number of 24 hours dynamic ventricular premature beat in patients with premature ventricular contractions(both qi and yin deficiency).3.Wushenqi Decoction can reduce the Lown level of ventricular premature beats(Qi and yin deficiency)patients.
