Clinical Observation Of Chushi Tongluo Decoction In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis With Damp-heat Blockage Syndrome

Objective:By comparing and analyzing various observation indexes of rheumatoid arthritis patients with damp-heat blockage syndrome before and after treatment of Chushi Tongluo decoction,the clinical efficacy and safety were discussed.Methods:60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis with damp-heat blockage syndrome were selected and treated with Chushi Tongluo decoction for 3months.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs,pain VAS score,morning stiffness time,DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score,HAQ score,laboratory index and safety index were recorded,and the curative effect evaluation of TCM syndrome and modern medicine were analyzed.In this study,SPSS25.0 software was used for data analysis.Results:1.Taking Chushi Tongluo decoction to treat rheumatoid arthritis patients with damp-heat blockage syndrome for 3 months,the total effective rate of modern medicine evaluation was 91.67%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome evaluation was 90.00%.2.The DAS28 score,TCM syndrome score and HAQ score of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The symptoms and signs of joint swelling,joint tenderness,pain,morning stiffness after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.There were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Chushi Tongluo decoction has a positive effect on rheumatoid arthritispatients with damp-heat blockage syndrome,which can significantly reduce DAS28 score and TCM syndrome score.2.Chushi Tongluo decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Chushi Tongluo decoction can significantly reduce the levels of ESR,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor of patients,and has good safety.
