Clinical Study On Fu Min Qing Bi Granule In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis(Damp-heat Blockage Syndrome)

Adjective: This topic is based in Fumin Qingbi granule,through the analysis of the prescription and the collection of clinical observation,case data and finishing,to summarize the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(damp heat Bizu)effect and advantages of the TCM treatment of rheumatoid with more scientific methods.Method: A randomized controlled single blinded design was adopted.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,108 cases of outpatients in Department of rheumatism,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.The cases were divided into 3 groups,namely,the experimental group,the control group and the blank control group,with the allowable shedding rate of 10%.Three groups were treated with Methotrexate Tablets(Shanghai Xinyi pharmaceuticals)10mg 1 times a week,plus oral aceclofenac tablets(Dongsheng Polytron Technologies Inc),50 mg 2 times a day,oral therapy scheme.The experimental group received Fumin Qingbi granule based on the basic treatment,100 ml 2 times a day,with water;the control group was treated by giving the best treasure pill(Jinke Tibet Limited by Share Ltd),2.5G 2 times a day,oral;control group only received basic therapy.Continuous treatment for 14 days was a course of treatment,and 4 courses of treatment were observed.The improvement of symptoms and signs such as joint tenderness,joint swelling and joint pain in three groups before and after treatment were recorded,as well as laboratory indicators: rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hypersensitive C reactive protein(CRP),blood routine and liver function.The analysis of the changes of the above indexes in the three groups was statistically significant.Result: 1.The indexes of the experimental group decreased more than the other two groups,and the indexes of the control group decreased more than those of the blank control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.patients in the experimental group were stable after 56 days of treatment,and the index of the control group and the blank control group declined steadily.3.here was no statistical difference between DAS28 and ACR in control group and blank control group compared with P>0.05.Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obvious.The effect of the treatment on the patient's condition was remarkable and lasting.
