OBJECTIVEBy comparing the effects of mild moxibustion, ginger moxibustion and direct moxibustion on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with cold rheumatoid arthritis For the relationship of effectiveness, seek the best moxibustion method for clinical moxibustion operation to guide clinical practice and improve the application effect of moxibustion.METHODSThe convenience sampling method was used to select 132 patients who were hospitalized in the rheumatology department of a third-grade class A Chinese medicine hospital in Harbin and met the inclusion criteria between March 2019 and December 2019,and the patients were admitted according to the random control table method. The order is randomly divided into A,B,and C groups.Patients in group A,group B,and group C performed mild moxibustion,ginger-separated moxibustion, and direct moxibustion(scar-free moxibustion)on the basis of basic treatment and routine hospital care. After 20 minutes of moxibustion on both sides of Shenshu(alternately on both sides),then 20 minutes of moxibustion on both sides of Zusanli(alternately on both sides),a total of 40 minutes per patient per day.The materials, acupoint selection, moxibustion duration, and moxibustion operation time were the same among the three groups.6 days was a course of treatment, and there was a rest period of 1 day between the two courses, for a total of 2 courses. Before the intervention, the general data of each group of patients were compared. Before and after the intervention,SF-MPQ,TCM syndrome score scale, and efficacy evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the patients in each group. The above materials are all input into SPSS25.0 software for analysis.RESULTS1.Before the intervention, compare the general data(including age, gender, course of disease,etc.),SF-MPQ score, and TCM syndrome score scale score among the three groups of patients, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Indicating that the baseline levels of the patients before intervention are basically the same among the three groups, and the groups are comparable.2.Comparison between groups before and after intervention, comparing the changes of SF-MPQ score and TCM syndrome score scale before and after intervention in each group, after intervention, each dimension and total score were better than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total score of SF-MPQ and the score of TCM Syndrome Scale and the evaluation of therapeutic effect between the three groups(P>0.05),but visual simulation assessment, pain intensity assessment, pain,The morning stiffness time, the Joint cold, the fear of wind and cold, and the cold and cold limbs are superior to the mild moxibustion group in the upper ginger moxibustion group(P<0.05).In terms of dimensions, the effect of the ginger moxibustion group was better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS1.Mild moxibustion, ginger moxibustion and direct moxibustion can all help to improve the pain symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness and obstructive rheumatoid arthritis.2.Ginger moxibustion is more effective than mild moxibustion and direct moxibustion in treating rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold dampness and dampness. It is recommended to use moxibustion for cold dampness rheumatoid arthritis patients.
