Clinical Observation Of Modified Cough Powder Plus Montelukast Sodium In The Treatment Of Laryngeal Cough

Purpose:On the basis of observing the clinical efficacy of Modified cough powder plus montelukast sodium in the treatment of laryngeal cough,so as to explore a more effective and popularized method for the treatment of this disease.Methods:all the patients in this clinical study were selected from the outpatient department and the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019.60 patients who met the criteria of this study and volunteered to participate in the study were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group,observation group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The observation group took Tian Jiang granule(Jiangyin Tian Jiang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).The ingredients were:1 varieties of honey aster,1 bags of honey part,1 bags of Platycodon grandiflorum,1 bags of orange peel,1 bags of orange peel,1 bags of Jing Jie,licorice 1 bags,almond 1 bags,Trichosanthes 1 bags,Trichosanthes bag,Scutellaria baicalensis bag,cicada slough bag,wind proof bag,earthworm bag.The patients in the control group were given a single dose of montelukast(once a day,before going to bed).The two groups were treated for 7 days.Continuous treatment for two courses.Patients in the observation group and the control group needed light diet and avoid smoking and drinking.The treatment effect was judged by the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain degree and the total curative effect before and after treatment.All the data were statistically analyzed by spss20.0 software.Results:1.two groups of patients pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score comparison:the treatment group and the control group in the treatment group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group2.two groups of patients curative effect analysis:after the two course of treatment,two groups were cured,markedly effective,effective,ineffective,the total effective rate were:treatment group 4 cases,16 cases,8 cases,2 cases,93.30%,control group 2 cases,9 cases,9 cases,9 cases,86.70%.group treatment clinical curative effect after comparison p<0.05The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.It showed that the curative effect of the combination of the modified cough powder and the montelukast group was better than that of the simple group.Conclusion:1.the use of Zhishi powder plus Montelukast Combined with montelukast can improve the symptoms of patients with laryngeal cough.2.the curative effect of Jiawei Zhishi powder plus montelukast group was better than that of taking the sole injection.
